Am trying to find out if (not when) we may get BT Infinity to my location in Gloucestershire. I've looked at the spreadsheets and filtered on Gloucestershire. All I can see is in the Coming soon Sheet the following

The http://www.superfast-openreach.co.uk/where-and-when/ website is updated reguarly so it is a case of just waiting.
Do you know if your line is connected to a green cabinet or an EO (Exchange Only) Line? After a Exchange is upgraded and FTTC Enabled, then some of the green cabinet's will need to be FTTC Enabled to allow people on that cabinet to have FTTC fibre broadband.

The Fibre-Optic Broadband Rollout is being managed and done by Openreach for all communication providers/ISPs.
BT Retail (your communication provider/ISP) has nothing to do with the rollout of fibre broadband.

MMS is a carrier issue... contact Verizon and ensure your account is provisioned correctly. I would think that someone would be intelligent enough to do that before buying a new device, but......
iMessage could be an activation issue or a network issue.
Have you tried Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings?

Hello all,
As I said above I have spent time reading the FAQ and past posts, I have found some very useful comments and have learnt a lot (for me anyhow), my problem is this.
I want to connect a soundcard to an external home cinema amp\decoder via a digital connection, either coaxial or optical is fine..
I currently have an Audigy LS but am prepared to trade this in for a better model if that?s what the majority of people think is best..
As I understand it I can pass the stereo signal through my card and digital cable into the external box for decoding into 5. for ac3\dvd movies etc.. Now this is the part where I get lost, apparently this cannot be done for games as EAX is needs to be decoded at the card for the 5. to work, if this is sent via digital I only get stereo, right?
So the big question is, how do I get both to work in 5. with the same external amp\decoder?
Thanks in advance for any help, and as I said I have looked through past posts for an answer but I don?t seam to be able to find a definiti've answer.

you can ONLY pass multichannel signals to a receiver if the original signal is multichannel.
basically, what's working: DVD, AC3 files, stereo streams...
what's not working: games (as the stream is computed by the card and isn't ready to be read).

The picture in the gallery is correct. The picture you are looking at before you capture it is a mirror image such as you are used to looking at, otherwise you would not be able to handle it. Look at More Like This >>>>>>>

this is all greek to me. WHAT IS STARTTLS? On the first page of Apple set up there is a TLS certificate and it is marked NONE- should I change it to the long APPLE CERT option? The next page under ADVANCED: THERE IS A BOX SSL MARKED. Then IMAP Path Prefix - I put stmp.gmail.com.. is that right? Port 993 can use this one? as 456 doesn't work and 587 said it wasn't safe. Under AUTHENTICATION I used PASSWORD. Should I have used external client cert TLS?

You do not need to move your cursor much when pressing the mouse button to cause the tab to tear-off/tear-away into a new tab. No "sensitivity" setting that I am aware of. The tab in the new window can be dragged back to the original window.

My iPad 3 does not have the Panorama option either with iOS 8, in spite of the manual describing it.

Hi thanks for the encouragement. It's not that the severs are "swamped", iOS 7 has been successfully installed.
I can't access the apps list in iTunes because it *****
down. Its pretty frustrating because many of my apps require me to manually transfer files into iTunes first to view
them. Not sure if the servers being swamped is an issue for me, unless they release a bug fix through another version of iTunes.

Check to make sure the iPhoto Advanced preferences are set to copy photos into the library when importing, i.e. a "managed" library:
If it is and you don't see any thumbnail in the Event they should be in apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Since only one option can be run at a time start with
Option #3, followed by #4 and then #1 as needed.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
2 - click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option.
4 - In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
5 - Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.
If you are unable to get iPhoto to recover the photos MediaRECOVER can be used on the memory card to recover the photos as long a they haven't been overwritten. It will run in demo mode so you can see if it will recover the photo before you have to purchase it.

Looks like you have relocked a hacked phone when you updated. The only way to fix it would be if you could figure out the original carrier and see if they would unlock it.
