I've lost my serial number

I've lost my serial number. I bought it from a store. I bought a combo Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 and an Adobe Premiere Elements 10. I've lost the box it came in and I have checked everywhere else they said the code should be. Disc sleeves, inserts, etc. I tried to sign in to find my serial number and it kept pretending to load the next page, then halfway through would direct me back to the log in screen. No explanation was given.

Did you ever install it? If not, there's nothing anyone else can do. If you did, keep trying the My Adobe link. Might you have used a different email address for that? If so, try different addresses till you find the right one.

If you registered the software you should be able to find the serial number thru your Adobe account online.

Lost CS3 serial number and email I used from that purchase is no longer valid, now I cannot reinstall my CS5 after wiping my hard drive clean from a computer problem.

Bought CS3 about 7 years ago under an email address that's been closed for many years and I lost the serial number from that old CS3 and now after doing a clean wipe of my hard drive after some computer glitches, I can no longer install CS5 upgrade as I cannot produce the CS3 serial number. No monkey business, I've been using CS5 since 2011 when I bought it directly from Adobe. What are my options?

Is it possible for you to log in to your OLD Adobe account using that email address to check your history?

Did you ever install and register it? If so, you can find the serial number by going to the main page of adobe.com and looking for My Adobe (it was up by the search box on the upper right the last time I looked, but it moves around). Work through the links there and you can retrieve it from adobe's records. You might want to consider writing it on the disc itself for future reference.

How did you purchase “Photoshop #11”?
If you installed and registered your software at some point in the past, then your serial number should be online at www.adobe.com in the My Account area that lists registered products.
If you purchased your software from Adobe.com as a download then there may be an order receipt in your order history in my My Account area that could have your serial number.
If you purchased PS from a retail store then perhaps they have something that would help you.
Adobe is not in a position to give away software so merely asserting that you have a disc (which contains something that could also easily be downloaded for free) probably isn’t going to be enough. Do you have the box or the receipt?

Do you have the receipt? If you have proof of ownership, you _may_ be able to persuade Customer Support to help you out. I imagine you would need to scan and email that proof if it works at all.

Recently my harddrive crashed. I've had it replaced and now I must reinstall FCE HD. Unfortunately I have lost my serial number. I bought the package at Penn Computer Connection, however I dont have my receipt but I do Have the original packaging. In fact I have everything EXCEPT the **** serial number. Is there any way Apple would actually look out for one of its customers and tel me what my serial number was?

WEll everything is resolved now. I called technical support through 1 800 MY APPLE. They told me that in order to regenerate my serial they would need proof of purchase. I called the store i originally purchased the program at in april (luckily I paid using credit card.) and asked them to email me an invoice of the sale. I then forwarded the pdf they sent me to technical support. They reviewed it and in a couple of hours sent me a new serial number for my program, which i have now copied and scribbled into no less than fourteen different places.
