I've made a subscription and I still can't call to...
Hello.
I've made a 60 m subscription to Netherlands, to telephones and mobiles. The payment was confirmed and I received the message on skype that the order was delivered. I can see the subscription on my personal page in the subscriptions but when I try to make a call it don't allows me and show me the message that I need to charge my account or make a subscription to Netherlands. (When I already have).
I need very much to be able to make this calls in the next days. I have paid again a subscription and the same problem continues.
And a few days ago I received a "gift" of 20 m world calls and I can't even use that too.
And the link of the page for contact skype support is not working.
Anybody can help?

I bought a subscription to call Brazil for 120 minutes on Aug. 10th. It ran out, and on Aug 14th, I purchased another. Now, although I've paid, I can't call. Why? What do I do now?

I have a Windows 2003 Server 64-Bit, and when I upgraded to Firefox 4.0.1 now it won't run, it keeps saying to restart the computer to complete the installation, but I've restarted theserver 4 times, and I still can't use it.
I ended up putting it in DFU mode. It's kinda hard to tell it was in DFU mode because nothing showed on the screen, it was just black, but the sounds from the computer helped to tell me it was connected.
Itunes still didn't recognize the device for whatever reason.
So I used redsn0w. I don't know if I can say that on these forums, but considering itunes was worthless at this point I am going to give credit where credit is due.
Now I am giving itunes a second chance to upgrade to 5.1, if it doesn't work, well, back to redsnow and maybe I will even jailbreak it this time rather than just using the fecovery fix found under extras. -
I just watched the tutorial and did exactly what it was telling me to do, and I still can't get it done. Once I have selected the file, I get a box that pops up that says "Subscribe now to convert unlimited number of files to PDFs. Subscribe Now. I already have done this! I am a subscriber! Arrrrhhhgggg!

Please let me know what exactly are you trying to do using Adobe online service.
You might try accessing the same service for some other PDFs and check.
Have you signed up correctly at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/" using your Adobe ID credentials.
If the same message pops up, then please visit Contact Customer Care as they could let you know if there is any problem with your account.

I am trying to download a book on my ipad. It says I need to install itunes. I have itunes already. I frequently get a message to re-install itunes. I do, but I still get the message, and I still can't get the book on my ipad.

I'm trying to sync a 4s so that it can be activated w ATT...my computer says that I need to have 11.1 or higher in order to do that but when I download from the itunes site nothing happens and I still can't sync phone...what am I doing wrong?
The screen that says "Download Now" also shows the proposed iTunes version number (in the box below):
Be sure it indicates 11.1.3.

I bought a canon EOS Rebel T5i. It came with photoshop elements 11. PS won't open my C2 raw files and says my camera isn't supported by the software I have downloaded 7.4 dng converter and I still can't open the files. What do I need to do?
You need camera raw 8.4 for your camera, if it’s Digital Rebel T5 EOS 1200D EOS Kiss X70. It is not compatible with PSE11; so it’s a bit odd if that software was bundled with the camera except that it will work with jpegs. I suggest you download and install the free Adobe DNG converter to convert your CR2 files to the Adobe universal Raw format and the DNG files will editable in PSE11(keep your originals as backups and for use in the camera manufactures software)

I was trying to make sure that all my Apple software was uninstalled, and I still can't remove C:\Program Files\iPod\. I went to the Task Manager and it is not listed in the Processes tab. What do I do now?
Are you looking for iPodService.exe?
Might be better to run services.msc from the run dialog and shut down the service polietly.

For iMovie to see your projects, they must be in a certain place. If they are on your startup internal hard drive, they must be in the Movies/iMovie Projects/ folder. If they are on an external drive, they must be in the iMovie Projects/ folder at the top level of the drive. Is it possible that your projects have been moves somewhere else?
