I've paid for and activated the cloud software I need, yet I am repeated asked to "Activate or start my trail software"
I've paid for and activate adobe cloud services. Yet I am repeatedly asked to activate or start my trail software.
This is getting extremely annoying, especially in combination with having to repeatedly sign in for software updates.
I don't want to have to sign into my account everytime I need to use photoshop, illustrator, on indesign!
I also feel like I should not have to sign in for software updates. I only work on one computer.
I want my software updates to take care of themselves, beside security pop ups asking me to grant Adobe software permission to make changes on my computer.
I most especially don't want to be asked every time I use the software if i want to "activate" or start a trial of the software! Besides the annoying time suck, it makes me feel like I am not a valued customer, if every time I use my software it can't remember if I paid for it or previously activated it.
Inarinainari please reinstall the Adobe Application Manager by utilizing the steps listed at Error "Failed to Install" Creative Cloud Desktop application - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/failed-install-creative-cloud-desktop.html. The Adobe Application Manager has been rolled into the Creative Cloud Desktop application which is why the referenced document refers to the Creative Cloud Desktop application as opposed to the Adobe Application Manager. Since you are running Mac OS 10.6.8 it is not possible for you to run this later version.

If you ordered Acrobat via subscription, then you can use either Windows or Mac version. Just download/install the Mac version, then activate it with your Adobe ID.
If you purchased the perpetual license, then you need to Contact Customer Care bu chat or phone. -
I installed Snow Leopard, upgraded it to OS X 10.6.8, paid for and spent the hours necessary to download Lion, but Lion will not install. Even though it says the requirements are 10.6.6 or greater, when I try to install, I get a message saying I need 10.7. to install Lion. What should I do?

If your Mac meets the requirements, installing the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo reinstalls the App Store for you which may help.
Restart your Mac after instaling the combo installed. It's ok to do this even though you are already running v10.6.8.
If you have anti virus software installed, you may need to disable that in order to install Lion. -

I have paid Bell to unlock my old iphone4 and they have said it is now unlocked. Can I skip the back up and restore process and just buy another carriers sim card from my daugther Kodoo plan, install it and active the iphone4 on itunes account in her name?

Backup the phone, Erase it, connect to iTunes for the unlock process, then your iProfile can be restored.
You can go ahead and get the SIM, bout you have to Erase the phone and connect to iTunes before it will be unlocked. -
How do I find the photoshop app that I paid for and downloaded???? All I see is tutorials or ads asking me to join or download cloud or photoshop!!
Where is my Photoshop??????Most browsers have a dedicated folder where they store downloaded files. Have you checked there? What OS are you using? What browser are you using? Did you run the installer? What ads? Where do you see them? Post a screen shot for anything you have difficulty explaining. Most of the time it is easier if we can see what you see.

Hi, I used to delete the games or apps after finishing it that I've bought from the app store I did that for years now and nothing wrong happened before and sometimes I get the desire to re download it again for free "while the cloud mark was on it as the price" and enjoy whatever I paid for BUT now I'm not able to do that, I suddenly found that I have to pay again to download the app, I'm seriously depressed and sad from that!!! OH MY GOD, the problem has been solved by itself thanks apple, you are the best Company ever, all my purchased apps appeared as it should probably the servers were in some maintenance but it tooks a lot of time this time, I really don't know how it solved but the cloud mark appeared again on the apps and I can re download them, Thanks APPLE I love so you much and thanks dude for answering and caring about your customers, Apple POWAA!!

I am having a very difficult time with accessing my music from the cloud. I need to have itunes open on my laptop in order for it to work. And as soon as I close out itunes on my laptop, it gives me a warning that all users will be logged out. Help!!!

I paid for and tried to download a song from itunes but the song won't dowload! When I got to store and click on available downloads it looks like it's downloading but I keep getting a message that the file is corrupt.
I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not downloading properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.) -
I explained it most in my question but I am getting charged double for songs that I have already paid for and am not going to pay for twice because that is messed up. But I want to get some apps from the store and it wont let me because of $5.25. Who can I talk to about resolving this issue?
You're right, it would have been covered under warranty. But because of the user damage, chances are there's a 200-something dollar fee . If you explain to them that it had a defect previously, they might replace it for you at no charge. **MIGHT**. But they would have to believe that it had a defect previously.

I haven't kept records of the songs I have paid for, and a number of songs have recently been displaying this message, making me search my computer for them. Most I have been able to find, but this one immediately "disappeared" the moment I attempted to play it after downloading...... how do I either get it back or get my money back???How did you do this move? Quick answer if you use iTunes' default preferences settings: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Open iTunes and immediately hold down the Option (alt) key (shift on Windows), then guide it to the new location of the library.

There is no charge for the JCOP Tools. The tools are provided as-is with no warranty or support. Instructions for downloading and activating the tools follow.
Please note that because our Java Card operating system is now available for more than one silicon vendor, IBM will no longer act as a distributor for sample cards. Prerequisites:

4. In the New Project Dialog expand the Java Card folder

7. You should now see the JCOP Licensing Wizard
8. Click Next
9. Select Verify an Activation Code
10. Click Next
11. The Serial Number should appear on the next page, above the Activation Code entry fields.
12. Once you have that number click on Cancel then Abort (Note: the Java Card project choice will be disabled until the next time you restart Eclipse)For those who are interested to use the JCOP simulator for a start, I have checked that the plug-in and feature files (in tools.zip) for Eclipse are still available at IBM site, please download and install yourself.
I still keep a copy of user guide for JCOP tools (version 3.1.1a) and the contents are still relevant to Version 3.1.1b simulator in tools.zip.
