I've paid for the Bluetooth in my device, Why Can't I use it!?

Why is it that Apple won't allow the Bluetooth in our devices to be used the way you can on nearly all other devices on the market. Apple should start to listen to the people that buy there products. After all! If it wern't for us consumers buying there products, Apple would not exist. Come on Apple! Pull ya finger out!

You can use it. You can use it in exactly the way Apple describes the iPhone's Bluetooth functionality, which is what you paid for.
Presumably you are referring to Bluetooth file transfers, however the iPhone does not have this capability and Apple has never claimed, advertised or stated that it does. So Bluetooth in the iPhone does work exactly as it is designed to.
Due to Apple's agreements with the music and movie industries that they sell their content for, it's likely that Apple restricts file transfers to prevent widespread and easy copyright infringement.
Why Apple can't open up Bluetooth File transfers for picture files only though, I don't know...
