I've problem with my Iphone regarding wifi connection.
I've updated my iPhone 4 to 6.0.1. Since then the problems are started:
1. Every time I'm entering the password for my home wifi connection. It is not connecting automatically. I've done network reset and enable the http to "auto" in wifi properties. The problem still the same :-( help me out from this horrible situation. Entering the password every time if I go out n coming back or if I put "off" wifi n then again "on".
2. iPhone is not vibrating :-(. I kept my phone in vibrating mode but it is not vibrating. I don't know what has occurred to iPhone:-(
Help me to solve this problems.

I had a similar issue with our new iPhone 5's over the weekend. I ended up needing to power cycle my router, as my laptop was having problems connecting also. How it ended up that the router would have issues right when we got these new phones is beyond me, but that's what did it. See if that helps.

Is anybody NOT having a problem with G2 touch's WiFi connection?
I am disappointed that after eagerly anticipating the "Lets Rock" event and the release of a new iPod Touch, with the intention of purchasing one now, it seems that from this and other forums there is a major problem with the WiFi on the Gen 2. There are several threads reporting that the new G2 Touch will not connect to the internet via WiFi using WPA secure networks and this is putting me of buying at the moment which is very frustrating.
However, before I am aware that people often only post here if they are having problems with an Apple product and not if they are not, so before casting judgement and deciding not to buy I would like to know whether this issue is affecting all of the new G2 Touch's.
So...is anyone NOT having any WiFi problems and finding that they are able to connect easily to WPA/2 secured networks and routers?
I hope so as I was so looking forward to getting a Touch, but I won't yet if there is a definite fault with the G2.have had no repies as yet so i thought of a new approach , thus i also cannot connect to my linksys54gs router (no problem with psp or xbox) and would like some help /advise from those in the know,after tapping blue arrow for wifi and choosing the regognised network my touch asks for ip address

My iphone doesn't recognize any signal wifi.
I have rebooted the red options as indicated on apple portal.
Also, I have turned off my iphone and when I turn it on don't enable the wifi option, and then I have to turn it off and turn it on again.
I have restored to the factory settings but the problem continues.
I don't know anything else to do.

Update: my PC USB hub was connected to a USB 3 port, I connected the 30 pin cable directly to my PC, And the restore worked just fine. Restored phone from iCloud backup and seems to be working fine. -
Wifi problems with my iPhone 4S since 6.1.2 update
I thought I had fixed this problem with my iPhone with a change in my home router settings but I did not. Since the 6.1.2 update I have had problems with my wifi connections. I have an Airport Extreme wifi network with multiple airport extremes extending the signal throughout our house. I am only able to communicate with the internet using our wifi network if I am in the same room as the main airport extreme. If I am a room away from any of the routers I get a message that my iPhone "can't join the wireless network". If I am in a room standing near one of the other airport extremes I can join the network, my iPhone will show that I am connected to the wifi network with a full signal but I have no communication with the internet. How I have determined this is by turning cellular off, wifi on & attempted to pull up a web page. When I do this anywhere other than by our main Airport Extreme I get the message that I am not connected to the Internet.
We have multiple other devices on our home wifi network, i.e. other iPhones, iPads, computers, etc. We aren't having this problem with any other of our devices. I am not sure if this is a software corruption issue or a hardware issue. I have not dropped my iPhone or done anything else to it that might have damaged it. I have tried resetting the wireless networks on my iPhone & that has not worked. I have read these boards & have tried the various suggestions, including the one about putting your iPhone in the freezer. (When I told my husband about trying the freezer suggestion he seriously thought I had lost my marbles...)
I would appreciate any other thoughts or suggestions that anyone has.I have a diff issue!!! I has still able to connect to wifi network I had connected before the update to 6.1.2. But few days back when I tried connecting to a new wifi network and it kept saying incorrect password. The worst thing happened after I look up online for help that say try the " reset network setting" solution!! After I did the "reset network setting" step I bloody **** looses all connection to those network I had connected to before the update and I can't get back connection now. *** did apple still allow their users to update a software that has so many bugs. They should had prevent their users from updating right after they know there are bugssssss..!!!!!

I have a problem with my Iphone 4s since I did my first update at your Itunes, the bluetooth and the WiFi it is not workinhg anymore.
It is sad that companies like apple are not able to support thier sofware and business.
I went to a apple store at South Park, Charlotte NC,
and found out the worst customer service (in my case)
They don't have answers and don't understand about "dont let any customer go away sad or mad"
I explain to them that I did everything they said to fix the problem, even to dounload the iOS 6.1.3
that was supposed to fix the problem.
they said fix the problem in other phones but not in mine.
So here I am with no wifi and bluetooth, with apple technicians and experts that don't know what to do with the problem that the sofware they developed cause in my iphone 4s.
and the solution is for me to pay $199.00 US dollars for a problem that I did not cause.
wich means to buy something else from apple to fix a problem that it is not my fault.

The solution is to restart, reset, and restore as new which is in the manual after that get it replaced for hard ware failure. if your within your one year warranty its replaced if it is out of the warranty then it is 199$

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
If that doesn't correct the problem Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support. -

If you carefully follow all of the instructions in this tip and none of them restore WiFi then your radio chip has failed and you need to get the phone replaced by Apple. -
Hello, I have a problem with my iphone 4 battery, it looses 20% over the night with wifi on and without receiving any phone call or notification. It also uses 1 or 2% each time I check my iphone even if it is just to check up my messages. Is it normal? Please someone give me a solution
Yes this is fairly normal. When you have wifi on the phone, it drains the battery life of the device.

I am facing wifi problem with my iPhone 4?
I upgraded my iphone 4 to ios 5.0 & currently it is running on ios 5.0.1. Problem with it is that it connects to my home wifi & works as long as I am using it but as soon as I stop using the the wifi for some time & try to use it again it doesn't work although it shows the wifi connection on the phone. Then by deactivating & activating wifi again on the iPhone it starts working. It repeats every time whenever I stop using wifi & I have to repeat the process even if I stop using it for just moment.
I have already done the following:
1. Forget this network & then connect again
2. Reset network settings
3. Reset network settings , switch off the phone & switch on again after more than two minutes
4. Reset all settings
5.Restore to original settings
My PC is working OK all through & two of my friends visited me who are using iPhone 4 & iPhone 3gs both with ios 4.3.3 woring fine without any problem.
Please any body suggest what can I do to resolve the problem? It sounds like you are unable to turn on Wi-Fi because the option is grayed out in Settings. Use these steps from the following article named:

This support document http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4451 relates to the 3194 error. Generally this error has to do with trying to install an iOS that is not the most current. Maybe you tried to jailbreak the phone, or downgrade iOS? Any of this apply to you?

My wife had a problem with her iPhone 5C with no voice on the Maps app. I visited my local Apple store and they said the problem was in iCloud. We did a new install and it works great now. I had major issues with the iPhone 4s battery, however it’s resolved.
The tech who set the phone up at the Apple store did so with little training.
if you have a mobile me account. First go and move all your data to the cloud by going on your computer and logging in at me.com/move. The cloud has replaced mobile me, so there is no need for those two accounts
Also make sure that for any of your email accounts you set them up to fetch, not push. My tech person set them all to have the email servers push data to the phone. The new iphone4s antenna is extremely strong so it will continually try to access stuff that is pushed–***** a lot of battery life doing this. It makes it worse if you have exchange 2010 accounts. Something about changes made to exchange really suck battery life from devices that access such accounts.
