I received an alert on the app store that an updaet is waiting for me, but for some reason the app store wants the password Username previous admin Even I deleted it from the computer users, another strange thing is that I connected with my user name and my password to the app store so how can it be that he asks for username and password that does not exist on this computer ?

Tried to upgrade and it keeps saying thank you for downloading but its not there!

I had my iphone 4 stolen so just got the 4s tonight. I tried to open itunes and it says I needed to install new version. When I hit "install" the box goes away and nothing happens. I have gone to Apple site and tried to download from there and it says Thank you for downloadng after I hit install but nothing ever happened. have tried troubleshooting by uninstalling iTunes and all components and tried to re-install but same thing happens and it is not showing anywhere. Can someone please help? I have spent hours on this already and I am gtting nowhere! Thx!

I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:

I simply have it bought by chief of our company - I figure as added and activated on his account - but when I do log in - my 'trial' is expired and i cannot do anything about it. after a change of the 365 office version OneDrive for business it is not possible to reinstall the software
it keeps telling me it is already installed.
I think some settings are still there from the old install.

Problem solved! , my tube is back to normal ( to rock )
all i did is , removed the sys,private,system,resources,data folders from the memory card , switched off my phone , removed the memory card , did a soft reset (*#7370#) and tried to install an application from downloads , i was able to install in the phone memory as memmory card was not inserted then switched off the phone , inserted the memory card and tried to install an application from the downloads, finally i was asked where to install the app. and gave memory card , viola application installed sucessfully

The optimizer can reduce space, but some things can't get smaller. Text for example. Play with the settings, examine the results of Audit Space Usage.
Or give up. Even 5 MB is too large for a bulk mailing, by far. Instead put it on your web site and mail a link - done!

Are you sure you have a 3GS and not a 3G? The 3G cannot be updated to iOS5. What version are you on now?... Settings > General > About > Version
