I've tried all the workarounds but.....

I still can't get network scanning to work. (Officejet 5610).
I've downloaded and redownloaded and upgraded and hacked. But no dice.
Does anyone actually have a setup that works straight out of the box, I mean you plug the device into the airport via ethernet or USB and it prints and scans ?
Oh I'm after a device that'll print, copy, fax and scan.

I'm all good now MacJack, many thanks. I actually got impatient and just went out and bought a new printer.
I've only got round to one test scan and one test print but, it did both with aplomb. Here's how difficult it was;
1) Go out and knock price down with salesman.
2) Travel home, and unbox printer on arrival.
3) Connect to power, phone and ethernet.
4) Follow instructions on printer screen to install ink cartridges/print test page.
5) Insert HP CD and double click installer.
6) Print and scan to test operation.
7) *Grin loudly*, (yes there is such a thing now).
Oop, forgot. It's an HP c7280.

If MacKeeper corrupted the Recovery partition then even I underestimated its potential for damage. Garbage "cleaning" apps will cause misery but I have not found that the Recovery partition to have been affected by using MacKeeper or anything like it. I doubt that it did so, but I have learned not to underestimate the potential for such things to result in system corruption.
Before concluding your Mac has a hardware failure, try booting OS X Internet Recovery by holding command option r on startup (three fingers). That will force your iMac to bypass the Recovery partition altogether, and convey the ability to create a new one.
An Internet connection will be required (wired or wireless).
At the Mac OS X Utilities screen, select Disk Utility. Select your startup volume (usually named "Macintosh HD") and click the Repair Disk button. Describe any errors it reports in red. If Disk Utility reports "The volume Macintosh HD appears to be OK" in green then you can be reasonably (though not completely) assured your hard disk is in good working order.
Assuming the HD remains usable you can then use Disk Utility to erase it. Reinstall OS X, restore your essential software and other files, and don't reinstall the junk.

Try perform below steps.
Open task manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys. Click on more details if the option available.
Then end all Adobe related processes, including Creative Cloud and Coresync ( if running )
Then hold windows key on your keyboard and Press R key.
It will open Run window
In Run window, type Appdata and click on Ok
Open Local > Adobe folders
Delete AAMUpdater and OOBE folders
Then navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
Delete Adobe Application Manager and OOBE folders
Go back to Program Files (x86) and Open Adobe folder
Try deleting Adobe Creative Cloud folder, if it is not allowing rename it to Adobe Creative Cloudold
Download and install Creative Cloud App from below link

Are you sure that it has a charge? Try leaving it connected to it's wall charger for a while and then see if it will start up.

i have the apple tv2. I was working ok,with no problems but now will not see my library. I have all my films music etc.. on a extl hard drive and my itunes is set to that file.
its wireless connected via my Bt home hub

I cannot connect to the webpage below with FF 5.0. It used to connect OK until about a month ago. I can connect with IE OK. I've tried all the suggestions, clearing all history, setting "No proxy" in Tools, Advanced, network, Settings, and I've allowed FF in Norton 360 Firewall. Is there anything else that I can try? If you just had the system repaired for water damage what did they replace? If it was the Logic board then all parts should work and if they don't, like the sound, then they didn't fix it correctly and you should take it back to them for a proper fix.

The only results I'm finding refer to sites that talk about jailbreaking iPhones.
My only suggestion is to try restoring your iPhone, or to visit an AT&T store(assuming you're in the US) for a new SIM.

I have been using this desktop for itunes for years. Never any problems. Recently I cannot access the store it keeps trying but does not load. I can access form my laptop but not from the desktop. I get automatic updates form microsoft so the system is up to date. It is very frustrating and means that I haven't and ups to date library on my desktop and I play my music on this whn I'm upstairs. Can anyone help me with this one?

Tried all the suggestions but still aint working PLEASE HELP!!

I got my nano in january but it hasnt been turning on for about a month. Its fully charged and sometimes makes a beeping noise when it plugged into the computer. Two icons keep appearing a folder with a ! mark and a black and white battery. Ive tried resetting and updating. However, when I tried to update itunes asks me to plug in my nano when its already plugged in! Its driving me insane so any suggestions would be appreciated or even if theres a customer service helpline because I cant seem to find one.
