I've tried majority of the troubleshooting methods, but my iPod still isn't being recognised! Please help me !
My iPod 5th gen, isnt being recognised in both itunes and my computer, even if i put it in disk mode. Even when I go to device/disk manager, it isnt shown. Please help me!
If you have already tried all the troubleshooting suggestions (which you did not list), suggest that you take the iPod Nano to your nearest Apple Store or AASP. If you have AppleCare, call them for assistance.
Otherwise, please detail all you have done to resolve your issue. Need this information so that the users can avoid the "been there, done that" scenario type responses. This is to avoid repeating the troubleshooting you may have already tried. Thank you.

Millionaire and friends game not loading! Please help! I have tried restarting the device & deleting the app and trying to reload but nothing works? I also tried to email the creators of the app but the email address for tech support bounced back to me so its obviously not a good email??
I tried to email the developer (Canada) but the email for technical support is not a good email. My email got returned to me undeliverable? Not sure what to do next? My phone randomly shut off. When I turned it back on it said it needed to restore, to plug it into itunes. When I did, and tried to restore it, it failed with a code 21. I have followed all the instructions, it still isn't working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled all that the steps told me to, I've updated everything in my computer. I don't know what else to do. My phone will just show the apple sign and the itunes plug in sign.

i bought a factory unlocked iphone 4s. it was working fine but when i upgraded it to iOS 5.1 it gave me "no sim" message.
so i tried then to restore the iphone using itunes but it got worse it is giving me now "ICCID: unknown" message please help. any ideas?Please define "factory unlocked". The term is basically meaningless. iPhones are sold either carrier locked or unlocked. Some carriers will unlock them after a period of time upon meeting certain requirements and paying a fee.
There are lots of places that will "factory unlock" an iPhone. This basically translates to "hack". This can cause permanent damage to the phone. Best case scenario is these phones will re-lock to the original carrier on an update or restore. Worst case it they become expensive bricks.
ICCID unknown indicates a critical failure. There is no way to resolve this other than taking it in to Apple and getting the phone replaced. It's very possible that the phone was hacked and attempting to update has now killed it.

As I stated above, I have to constantly restart my computer because I get a message stating firefox is already running.
Do you see a firefox.exe in the Task manager if you look there right after you get this error message?
You do not have to restart the computer, just kill that process.
This situation may occur if Firefox was not closed correctly or crashed. -

My less than 2 week old iPhone 5 has gone into recovery mode... I've been trying to restore all day using itunes but just as the restore is about to finish, error 21 comes up. I am having problems downloading my music library from my PC to my iphone. I have different apple id's for i-tunes and iphone5s. I did connect iphone to PC via USB and was able to sync and download, but do not know where it downloaded to. I looked under my music on iphone and nothing there.
You have Sync Music selected under the Music tab or selection for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes on your PC?
