Are you certain you have enough memory left on your device to accommodate the app? Also, are you certain that an iOS 8-compatible version has been released by the developer? If the answer to both questions is "yes", then try downloading it via an iTunes sync.

I am trying to download UCbrowser which is fine on my iPhone 5C but unable to download on my iPad2, It shows on cloud but I couldn't download, I tried to change date but still no go, It says "you've already purchased this so this will be downloaded now" but never downloads
Close the App Store app, reset your iPad and then try again.
To close the App Store, drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -
I once created an account and changed meanwhile my Apple ID. Now, when trying to log in to iCloud, I get the message: "You are already logged in". I cannot get access to the account in the way, that, for example, the options appear on the right hand side.

When trying to log in with the old ID, I get no access, i.e. it says "Try again"...-Trying the same with the new one gives me the result I mentioned in my first question...

Once with a Brazilan app there was the message: you can't buy this app in this Istore, gange store and after that there was a pop-up with change store. Now everything in the store is in Portugues and not anylonger in Dutch. But if I want to download a Dutch app it says: you can't buy this app in this Istore chage store, but then there is no way to change store. How can I cange store and where do I have to change it?
Try going to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your phone and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select the Netherlands.

I purchase a new album on my phone but then cannot download it to my laptop - I get the message:

Youll get that message when you change the iTunes account you are logged into, you can't keep changing it. -
I've been having no problem updating apps on my ipod touch, but two days ago I started getting the above message, only for the FB update. I have deleted, reinstalled, reset -nothing helps. Apple support could not figure it out either, they said it's a 3rd party app (they did try to help me but nothing worked). The notification that there is an update won't go away as long as FB is on my ipod. Help!

I'm trying to make a purchase inside of a game I'm playing on my iphone 5. I've done this many times already, but yesterday I tried to make a purchase and I received the message "You've already purchased this In-App Purchase but it hasn't been downloaded." The item I purchased is not available to me and I don't know how to download it. In the past, when I made in-app purchases, they went through immediately. There was no separate downloading.
I've synced my phone to iTunes on my computer and there's nothing that I purchased in need of download that I can see.

I'm afraid I got stuck again with the popup "You've already purchased this... " as well as the occasional prompt for my Apple ID password.
(I do make the call to finishTransaction on each callback i.e PURCHASE_TRANSACTION_SUCCESS, PURCHASE_TRANSACTION_CANCEL and PURCHASE_TRANSACTION_FAIL)
When I print out the list of pending transactions, I can see a number of them with the "...error: Cannot connect to ITunes Store:2 originalTransaction: null"
My question is, what happens if for some reasons the call to finishTransaction doesn't work (I'm guessing this is one of the scenarios that happened here)?
Just having the call to finishTransaction in the callback doesn't necessarily mean it will be successfully exceuted all the time.
What would you suggest in this scenario?
How would I know how to process those pending transactions? At this stage, I have no info on whether those transactions were successful etc?
I'd rather not have to interfere with Apple's handling of transactions but clickin on the popup button to download it doesn't seem to have any effect... Is this only a Sandbox issue too perhaps? *hopeful here

I don't have App sync on (have tried it with App sync on and off), my Mobile Applications directory on my Mac is empty.
When I go to update my apps per the iPhone's App Store program, they download and then I get this message:
+You've already purchased this item, but it hasn't been downloaded.To get it, open iTunes on your computer, select Check for Purchases, then sync your device to your computer.+
I did this, yet the problem remains. Have restored to factory settings and after installing my apps again, the next time one updates I get this error and despite my following the directions above, the error persists. Anyone know of a fix for this little circle?Yeah, I am going to blast my iPhone for the 4th time today and pray this goes away. I had 6 apps showing updates, the 6 badge icon shows on the App Store on my iPhone and, having run them all, the 6 apps have two copies each on my iPhone: one that is the old version of the app and will not run and the other is a faded version of the app with an empty progress bar on the icon. Click those and you get an error message about connecting to iTunes, etc. as described in the article I linked to above.
It gets stranger than this. If I install a completely NEW app, the 6 that are stuck mid-update heal themselves and appear with the new version only, however now completely different apps (Hold Em for instance - which I did not update and didn't need an update) will not launch "app name Cannot Launch" message comes up.
