I verified my Apple ID but I can't download from AppStore it say you didn't verify it what should i do???

Apps such as Little Snitch, Growl, and MacKeeper can prevent apps from downloading
Disable anti virus software if installed
Check the firewall in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Firewall > Firewall Options
Make sure Gatekeeper is enabled
Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy then select the General tab.
Make sure either Mac App Store or Mac App Store and identified developers is selected.
If that area is grayed out, click the padlock icon to proceed.

Had a similar issue a couple of days ago, when my password was not recognized. I KNOW it was correct, yet when I checked in settings, the number of asterisks were far too few for my password. Ended up with my account disabled, so I had to request a reset, the link was sent the back up email account I created when I got my unit.

I am not doing it in ITunes, but i did down load the song from ITunes. I loaded the song on to my Nano, but in my menu selections it doesn't show the song or the artist in any search format. However, when i plug in my nano to my PC I see the Nano library on my PC drive listings and that song and artist are there. I can click on the song and it will play in Windows media on my work PC. I did notice that the format for most all the songs in my library on my Nano are MPEG - 4 audio Files.

If there are multiple apps trying to download at once, only one can download at a time and the rest say "Waiting" until it is then their turn. Try this. Double tap the icon of the Waiting app, and it should resume the download.
If that doesn't work:
• Log out of your iTunes store account. Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.
• Then press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously and don't release them when it brings up the Turn Off screen; keep holding them until the Apple logo appears.
• After restart, the Waiting should be gone.

First, are you sure you changed your email address associated with your Apple ID and did not creat a new Apple ID?
Try signing out of your Apple ID on your iPad then sign back in. Use the Settings app.
Settings > iTunes and App Store > tap on your Apple ID > sign out
Then sign in to your Apple ID. What happens?

I can surf, but I can't download from some sites

I have a WRT110, which works fine. I can surf, wireless is good. But in a few cases, I can't download software or updates -- Lavasoft AdAware, a Verizon app that I need for FIOS, even Microsoft SP3. Any idea what settings could be causing this? I don't know enough to have changed any of the defaults yet.
Note: I am using the built-in firewall, no other firewall. I've tried turning off the firewall and my anti-virus program - no change. Thanks in advance.

Ok..Try to connect the computer directly to modem and test to download those updates you mentioned. This will confirm whether the problem was caused by router. If still having same problem, it's either the problem on your computer or Internet service.

Thank you for the detailed question. It sounds like you would like to download all of your previous iTunes purchases.
Follow these steps to download all your purchased songs:
Download previous iTunes Store purchases to an authorized computer
Click iTunes Store near the top of the iTunes window.
Click the Purchased link at the right of the iTunes Store homepage (below Quick Links).
In the page that appears, select a category.
iTunes shows you which of your purchases are available for download. You can view all of your past purchases, or just the ones not currently in your iTunes library. Items already in your library aren’t available for download. If you select Music, you can view your purchases by song, artist, or album. If you’re viewing by album, click an album to see which songs on it are available for downloading.
To download all available items, click Download All.
