I want 3 different email accounts in only 1 folder on the home page

Hi,
Curve 3G, personal thru AT&T. I have gmail, yahoo, & a msn account. I would like all 3 to dump into the main message folder rather than individual folders as they do currently. I'm simply trying to reduce the number of folders I have to scroll through. I'd like to have one for text messages & one for all 3 email accounts period! Possible?

Obviously the correct method.... if not simply you can go to the same inbox settings & untick the mail boxes, then save it... it should be visible though

delete mailbox - how else do you propose to do that. Unless by "deleting mailbox" you mean something else.

You can use an email program (e.g. Outlook Express or Windows Live or Thunderbird) and disable HTML for that email (text only mode) to access the email account. You can create a new email account if your your ISP supports it or use a online service that allows POP3 access with an email program (most popular services allow that).

It sounds like you are trying to use AirPrint from your remote location. AirPrint will only work on a local network. If you want to print an email using ePrint from a remote location, what you would want to do is forward the email. In the To field, enter your printer's ePrint email address and the email should print.

Yes, the email addresses need to be unique to each device. You may use the same Apple ID on each device, but the email address used by each device needs to be different.

Multiple addresses on 1 computer - putting email in folder of different email account?

I am transitioning to a new MBP next week. I am getting a SSD, smaller than my HDD now, which means I need to work on freeing up some space. There is plenty of junk (apps I never use, etc) on my computer to be freed up. (I'm also planning to use an external harddrive more often for more files.) The big thing that I want to do is organize my email box.
I currently have 3 emails going into my Mail application. a .mac and 2 gmail accounts. I did a bad job managing my emails as they came in, I currently have about 7500 in my inbox so there are a lot that can be deleted and more that need to be organized.
I use my email addresses for different purposes, but, for example, my family switches between them depending on what their computer comes up with first when sending me emails.
My question is this... If I want to put all of their emails together in a folder, for example on icloud... can I do this even though they are from different email accounts?
I know it is possible, but, for example, if I put a gmail email into my icloud account, does it dissapear from my gmail and become a .mac email?
When I transfer to my new computer and have to redownload my email accounts, will all my hard work of organizing into folders be lost because a gmail is going to move back to gmail and out of my icloud folder?
(Secondary question... Mail keeps reasking me for my gmail password, but won't accept it when I put it in. I know it is correct. What I've looked up online is that I need to delete the account and recreate in mail. I assume that and foldering that I make will not stick if I am moving stuff when I am not linked to the gmail server!? I suppose I should do the deleting and relinking before I go to organizational crazy.)

despite suggestions from the well meaning but ignorant, Thunderbird can have large folders. My inbox has some 17,700 messages in it. The folder that holds mail from this forum had over 30,000 messages.
What Thunderbird can not tolerate, nor should it have to, is having anti virus programs scanning it's files while it is trying to use them. Usually resulting in a corrupt index (what your seeing most likely.) In the case of Norton, Symantec are unrepentant and rather proud of the fact that their anti virus will quarantine everything in your inbox if they find a virus or anti sort, even in a deleted mail. Their product is also just plain intrusive and aggressive, not bad when it does not really scan incoming mail.
Create an exception in Nortons for your Thunderbird profile folders.

Thank you Michael S. Indeed that solved the problem - but after 2 years of fighting this and a zillion other inefficiencies, I made the switch to Android. Don't get me wrong - I am NOT an Apple hater, but the lack of customization, lack of features, the inability as an example to attach a file to an Email (when replying or composing an Email) which is what 100% (not 99%) of what business people need, or the access to the file system, has made me run away. And now we are hearing all the problems with iOS 6 that are surfacing. WOW. Not having a single issue with Android. Also switched to the Samsung Galaxy S3 on my phone. What a relief. An extra 64 Meg in SD Card, Removable battery that allows me in less than 1 minute to get another 16 hours (awesome when I am travelling), all the gestures, my only regret is that I did not make that switch earlier. Just my opinion. Still love my iTouch though.,

I have 2 email accounts set up, 1 yahoo (default) and a work one (imap)
However when i reply to a work email it gets sent from yahoo and gives my yahoo address as a reply to
Anyway to have the email accounts send from theirselves and have the reply back to the same account it was sent from if you see what i mean ??
This was really easy with the BB but i am having trouble working out how to do this !

Absolutely - that should not happen if the SMTP settings are correct. responses should go from the account in which it is received. I do not know why it would do what its doing to you, unless its settings are incorrect.

Check your SMTP settings are different and correct in each account.

Welcome to the Apple community.
Only iCloud mail works with iCloud.
The syncing that occurs between a mail account on different devices, occurs because the account is an IMAP account. If you change or update your other accounts to IMAP accounts, they will behave the same way as your iCloud account.

Can Verizon forward emails to two different email accounts

I'd like to be able to forward emails from my main email account to two different email accounts - simultaneoulsy. Comcast use to enable multiple forwards.....by it appears Verizon only offers the option to forward to one specific account (not multiple). Is this something Verizon is working on....or am I missing something on the setup?

well there we go...somegirl - I am doing the Wayne and Garth bow of not being worthy. Nice call. While it was slow as all git out to clear the verizon servers, it finally did arrive at both dest1 and dest2 that I built. good job
