My purchased videos are not listed in my iTunes purchased list. How do I re download?

Films and/or TV programmes cant be redownloaded in all countries. If some show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your iPad but not all then have you changed countries since buying them, are they still in yoru country's store, and are any hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919
If you can't redownload them then do you have copies of them on your computer's iTunes library and/or on your backup of your downloads/library so that you can sync them back to your iPad ?

  • I have a lot of apple purchases on my credit card statement.  They're not mine but they could be my daughters. How can I see a list of my itune purchases to cross reference?

I have a lot of apple purchases on my credit card statement.  They're not mine but they could be my daughters. How can I see a list of my itune purchases to cross reference?

Thanks. Sadly I always seem to have trouble following even the simplest and clearest directions.
I went to iTunes>Store.  I swear 'view my account' doesn't exist, but i did see 'account'.  The drop down menu only listed options to do with orders.  No mention of purchases.
I then rang the local apple store and an 'Applette' guided me through the apple website so I could report my problem.  Even then, we encountered a button that was invisible to me.  It only showed itself in the 'mouse-over' state as my cursor changed into the pointing hand.  Sheesh!!  Such is my luck.
Anyway, the 'Applette' agreed that it was suspicious that I hadn't received an emailed invoice for any of the contentious purchases.  I may well have been hacked.  The problem has not been solved but it has been reported.
    Thanks again.

  • Recent iTunes purchases will not play on my iPhone after recent update.  Grey cloud and red arrow syndrome.  Please help?

    Hello,
I need a bit of help.  I have made a handful of itunes purchases over the past few months.  Yesterday, I updated both my itunes and iphone with the latest updates.  Now, after the update on my iphone I can not get my recent song purchases to play (they played before I updated my phone).  There is a greay cloud with the downward pointing red arrow.  When I click the cloud/arrow nothing happens and it won't download.  I've tried a handful of things that I have found on these forums to no avail.  I've reset software, checked/unchecked this box on my phone and on itunes on my computer, removed and re-installed.  I know this is all a litle vague on what I have done, but please know I've tried and tried all kinds of advice.  Now, I have tpo reach out to the community and see if there is soomehting else that may work.
    Thanks,
    BG

    Hey bgojdics!

  • My Ipod touch's touch screen is disabled following water damage. How can I circumvent my passcode to transfer my recent iTunes purchases to my computer?

The touch screen on my iPod touch doesn't work anymore following water damage. I can't connect to iTunes on my computer because the iPod is passcode protected. How can I transfer a few albums that I recently bought from the iPod to my computer?

    Use 3rd party software like:

  • Lost Playlists and recent iTunes purchases

I just updated my itunes and iphone software as suggested when I opened the application. My recently purchased itunes and all playlists are no longer visible. Please help! THanks

today I had to restore my computer back to a date from last month. I just bought my phone last month also. Well when I restored and fixed a previous unrelated problem, my itunes would not open. It gave me a error about could not open itunes. Something about needing to download it again. Luckily a few weeks ago I backed up all 248 purchases. Well I DL'd itunes 7.7 and no music was there nor my playlists. I synched my phone and it deleted all my songs off the iphone and deleted all my free and paid for apps. I reconnected to sync the phone again and authorize the computer again. Finally got all my apps and songs back and synched on the iphone (and playlists on itunes).

  • My recent iTunes purchases are not on my external hard drive (my pc crashed) can I get these purchases recovered?

My PC (aka POS***) crashed and I knew it was going to happen sooner rather than later, so I backed up my music onto an external hard drive. I failed to back up my music regularly and I have lost a month's worth of purchases. Is there any way to get the past month's purchases restored into my library, since they are in my purchase history? If so, how?

  • What's going on with my recent iTunes purchase?

I bought the Dark Knight Trilogy on iTunes last night and the films showed up in my library and I was able to stream them without issue. However, today they're not in my library on my Mac or my iPhone, nor do they show up under the "purchased" section in the store. The transaction does show up under my account's purchase history and on my bank's website. What's going on?
    A couple things I tried:
Checked to make sure my iTunes was up to date
    Quit and restarted iTunes
    Shut my Mac down completely

    Hello Benniator,
If you have already checked your purchase history and it is not there, then I would follow the steps in the article below to report the issue to the iTunes Store to get it sorted out.

  • Recent iTunes purchases can only be found on my iPod using search (i.e. they are not browsable by Artist/Title/Album....

Older purchases can be accessed in the traditional fashion. But all the purchases I've made in the last couple of months can only be found using a search (e.g. for artist or song/album title). I am using a 4th Generation 64GB Touch that is otherwise in perfect working order, with latest iOS (at least, iTunes tells me it is when I 'check for update').

You may need to verify your Automatic Download settings on the iPod Touch.

  • I enabled itunes match on my iOS device and it deleted my music. Only very recent iTunes purchases are left

How do I get my music back??

    Trust me, everything is OK!
When you enable iTunes Match, the only way to have your music on the device is downloading it from iTunes in the cloud. You can't share the songs through iTunes with the cable anymore.
Go to Settings > Music > Show All (turn this to ON)
** it's supposed iTunes Match will be ON too
Setting this, all music you have already on iTunes Match will apear on your device.
    Hope it solves

  • HT204088 I want to print my recent purchases...how do I do that?

Hi  I want to print out my recent itunes purchases but cannot find where  or how to do that any one know how?  Thanks!

Unlike Amazon, which lets you enter a date range and download your purchase history to a spreadsheet, the only thing the iTunes Store lets you do is go through your Purchase History page by page and make screenshots. Then you can print the screenshots.  (Each page shows 10 purchases.)
One guy on this forum said that if you write to iTunes Customer Service, they will send you your purchase history in a single list;  others have said this does not work.  However, it is worth a try.

  • Quicktime 10 not playing RECENT iTunes m4v files

    Hello All,
I purchase a lot of movies and TV from iTunes. I always watch them with Quicktime.
After upgrading to iTunes 10.1 on my Mac Pro Nov 17, Quicktime 10 stopped playing RECENT iTunes purchases. No movies downloaded since mid September will play. There is no audio; the window is black; play mode lasts a couple of seconds and then stops. Older ones play normally.
Anyone able to confirm this on your systems?
    Big thanks, Brett

    Hi.
I have the same problem. After several e-mails back and forth between me and iTunes Store Support I'm still where I started out with this problem. I was asked to reinstall iTunes as well, and I did. No change at all.
I have the latest iTunes and Quicktime installed. I like to save the video files like movies, tv show episodes and digital copies on my external hard drive and delete some of them from my itunes/mac to free up some space. I just play the files from my hard drive on Quicktime, so I won't have to import them into iTunes again.
However, I've noticed that any video file downloaded from iTunes after November 1st won't play in Quicktime. The tv show episodes I downloaded prior to Nov 1st play just fine, but if they were downloaded after Nov 1st, no matter what date they were originally released on, as long as I downloaded them after Nov 1st 2010, they won't play in Quicktime. Black screen, no sound.
This is really annoying as I buy lots of Blu-ray movies, and some of them comes with Digital Copies. I have several season passes too, and the latest episodes won't open in Quicktime either. I've tried everything I can think of, everything the people working with iTunes Store Support told me to do and still nothing.
If anyone finds a way to fix this, please let me know. I would be very grateful for any help fixing this problem.
I'm kinda glad I'm not the only person with this problem. That proves there's something wrong with iTunes, the OS, Quicktime or something else, probably Apple related. On the other side, I'm sorry you guys are having this really annoying problem too.
    Sincerely,
    gleek2009
edit: Btw, I just wanted to say that all those video files purchased/downloaded after Nov 1st still play fine in iTunes, just not in Quicktime. If that makes any difference.

  • My iTunes gave me the option to erase and sync with the library or just sync with iTunes purchases. Since I hadsongs from many different sources, but which were all in the library, I tried the erase and resync option. It wiped out all my songs and put in

My iTunes gave me the option to erase and sync with the library or just sync with Itunes purchases. Since I have songs from more than one source and all my music was in the library, I chose the erase and sync option. All my music was wiped off my iPod and a few recent iTunes purchases were synced onto the iPod. All my music is still in the library, but it won't sync to my iPod. Making me crazy.
