I pushed the wrong button and thought I was ordering the Joel Osteen Everyday a Friday Audio Book but it was the donwload version. I stopped the download and would like to get the Audio Book can you please help me.

You could try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception. Maybe you will get lucky.

New MacBook Pro User wanting to move iTunes Music Only over from PC

Hi All,
This weekend I purchased my first MacBook Pro and loving every minute of it... Makes me wonder why I hadn't moved to Mac's a long time aago, and really seeing the difference between Windows and its slugishness to Mac and its "PERFORMANCE"!
However, with that asside what I am trying to find out is how do I move my purhcased only iTunes files from my PC to my MacBook Pro?
For example, I have some iTunes purchases like Celine Dion's last CD with digital artwork album and stuff in my iTunes on my PC. But because my iTunes library is so old it also has some songs which are in MP3 format from my earlier Creative Labs Zen device. What I want to really do is move those iTunes only purchases with artwork and movies from my PC to my MacBook to enjoy (which include movies as well).
Can anyone advise how this can be done without replacing my entire iTunes folder on the MacBook? I really don't want to have to purchase all of these songs again, but again would like to keep the artwork and movies all attached as they should be on the Mac world.
Basically I'm trying to keep the MacBook as the master owner of my digital iTunes purchases from here on out!
While I know I might be a little "AR" (the last word is retentive, you can figure out what the A stands for)... This would be my ultimate goal...
I've seen some articles on how to do this with iTunes 7, but again know some things have changed and modified with the 8 versions.

Though it refers to items purchased from the iTunes Store, it applies to all your iTunes content. And if you happen to also own an iPod:
How to use your iPod to move your music to a new computer
Once you have the tracks on some removable medium, you can mount that on your new computer and then just drag the content to the iTunes window. Make sure that the option to "copy files to iTunes Music folder when adding to library" is set in the iTunes -> Advanced -> General preferences before you do. Alternatively, you can use the Add To Library command and select each track (or folder of tracks).
If you won't be using that Windows system once you move the content, don't forget to deauthorize the system from your iTunes Store account before you dispose of the computer.

Want to access iTunes music store but not in a 'valid' country

Hi, I'd really appreciate any help anyone can offer. I want to be able to buy music and videos for my new iPod and I have registered online. When I go to buy something with my credit card from the iTunes store, apparently you have to have an address for your credit card and a list of country's excluding Australia comes up. The problem is there is only about a dozen countries on the list and mine is not one of them so I can't pay by credit card. What can I do???

I really wish I was informed when I bought my ipod, that Itunes music store is not available in NZ and we don’t know when or IF it is going to be. Am feeling totally ripped off as one of the reasons I bought my ipod on Sunday was so I could download Audio books off itunes for when I am travelling. Now I go online and find out that I cant even download a measly single let alone a audio book.
Was feeling so excited about having my ipod and now just feel ripped off and extremely disappointed with Apple and the Apple salespeople. You are told how great itunes is and how you can download video, songs, books etc (when you are buying your Ipod) then once you have paid you $579+ (just for the ipod, let alone another $300 on accessories and warranty) you find out you can't download anything from itunes. I have hard drive from trashed MBP15"..want to put iTunes music on my MBP17". The content is almost identical, but 17" has been showing a lot of "cannot be found" messages. Previous suggestions have always failed to identify which file/folder/library item

Greetings..my 15"MBP crashed. I pulled hard drive and have it available as "external drive"..with all info intact. I am currently using my 17"MBP, which has really been acting up in iTunes..many of my songs are showing the dreaded "exclaimation mark"..still don't understand how this occurs. BOTH computers are almost carbon copies of each other, so I just want to copy tunes from 15" hard drive to my 17" working computer, to try and rescue all these "lost" tunes. I've asked this before and always get several answers (for which I am grateful!)..but..they are always different.."You gotta get this library folder!..just drag and drop..erase and reinstall!.."...nothing has worked yet..I'm trying one more time. Mainly need to know which file/folder to drag to what location. Should be simple,.maybe you can help. Quick answer if you use iTunes' default preferences settings: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Open iTunes and immediately hold down the Option (alt) key (shift on Windows), then guide it to the new location of the library.

I want to format Itune music store purchases to WAV format

I need to re-format my I-tune musc purchases to WAV format. I can't seem to do this readily. HELP

Burn them to a CD from iTunes. Now re-rip them. You can set the rip format to in iTunes to WAV or use Windows Media Player to rip them.
You will have to manually add the song tags.
You can also buy 3rd party software to convert them. Try Google.

Moving iTunes music after PC Upgrade

I need to upgrade my boot hard drive and want to move all of our family's iTunes libraries from the old HD to the new HD without loosing the music rights.
Do I need to deactivate the old ones for each user and then reactivate them on the new boot drive then move the music to the new drive?

You are not very precise with your question so I will give a rather general answer.
If you want to move iTunes music to another drive like this and you want to keep all your counts and ratings, etc. You need to be sure you copy the iTunes folder containing the library databases.
You also need to ensure that all the music files are in the iTunes Music folder inside the iTunes folder. Consolidate if they are not.
You then need to save the iTunes folder on an external drive - or if you current drive is intact set it up in a drive cradle so you can access it when you get the new system drive running.
You need to deauthorise your PC before removing the old drive.
Install iTunes on the new system drive and authorise the PC. Before adding any music drag the iTunes folder out of the My Music folder to your desktop and copy your old iTunes folder into My Music replacing the one you dragged out.
If you have more than one account with separate libraries you need to repeat the dragging and copying process in each account.
For interest here is apple's article on moving music using your iPod but you probably will not want to do it this way. Nevertheless the method is similar however you choose to transfer the music.

I have three versions of itunes backed up between 2 different external hard drives and a macbook pro. I recently got a new macbook pro and want to consolidate all music into one library on my new computer. How can I do this?

Because each library is named "iTunes Music" anytime I go to bring one library on to the same external harddrive as another it asks me if I want to REPLACE one library with the other. I don't want to do this because each file has different variations of music files. Ideally, I'd like all three "iTunes Music" music files to live on the same computer or at least the same external harddrive. Thanks for the help!

Perhaps those apps require a newer version of iOS than is compatible with your iPod.

IE: to make the videos play consecutively in the order i want without stopping after each video and gong back to the list.... this is what i have had to resort to make it work....what i want to do....is be able to make a playlist of videos on my iphone 5....take my apple tv to friends houses and with wifi....set up apple tv and play videos at the party and not have to stand by with the remote and find a new video to play stopping the music between the songs/videos....very annoying....and have spent over 4 hours one day and an hour and a half today on the phone today with a sr. advisor with apple and they have no clue.... this seems sooooo simple.... please somebody that really knows how to do this....i will be indebted forever...............

Try using RecBoot to kick it out of recovery mode. If that does not work, try a manual install, as outlined in link below. If it STILL keeps entering recovery mode, you most likely need a new logic board.

I have a new powerbook and want to give my girlfriend my old G4 power book, she has a new iphone 5s, and wants to create a new itunes/apple id. When i try to de authorize the G4 and sign in with her new apple ID it says bad password, how can i release the G4 from my cluster of authorized apples and make her the owner so she can download music and more importantly sync her music with her phone, she only has 3 songs on her iphone, and loaded all her CD's into the g4 but cant sync, im no dummy and this shouldnt be hard, but its driving me crazy!!!!!!

I have a new laptop - I would like to transfer my music from my ipod to my new computer. I do not want to lose the music that was not purchased from itunes - when I sync I am afraid I will lose all of this music. how do I sync without losing the music on
