Hi,
I want add rescue email address to reset my security question .I recharge my apple account 25$ but I cannot buy any application because it ask me to insert my answers in security question so I need to reset my security question .
to reset security question I have to add rescue email address .
please help me!

How to reset your Apple ID security questions.
Go to appleid.apple.com, click on the blue button that says 'Manage Your Apple ID'.
Log in with your Apple ID and password. (If you have forgotten your Apple ID password, go to iforgot.apple.com first to reset your password with a password recovery email)
Go to the Password & Security section on the left side, and click on the link underneath the security questions that says 'Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to [email]'. This will generate an automated e-mail that will allow you to reset your security questions.
If that doesn't work, or if there is no rescue email link available, then click on 'Temporary Support PIN' that is in the bottom left side, and generate a 4-digit PIN for the Apple Account Security Advisor you will be contacting later.
Next, go to https://getsupport.apple.com
(If you see a message that says 'There are no products registered to this Apple ID, simply click on 'See all products and services')
Choose 'More Products & Services', then 'Apple ID'.
A new page will open.
Choose 'Other Apple ID Topics', then 'Forgotten Apple ID Security Questions'.
Click the blue 'Continue' button.
Select the contact option that suits your needs best.

Get a secondary email from a service like Google or Yahoo (something that is not going to disappear like an ISP one might if you change services).
Add it to the Apple ID page.

What happens if you didn't provide a rescue email address? How do add it to your account?

So I bought an Itunes card and I decided to buy something but it later asks me security questions which I don't remember. So, i went to Apple Support to see what i should do and it said that I needed a rescue email address that way it will send me the answers to my security questions but I never provided one. Now I have no idea how to add a rescue email address to my account and unfortunately i can't buy the song that i want because of the security questions blocking me.

If you don't know these you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.

Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com), click "Manage your Apple ID," and sign in.
With the Name, ID, and Email Address drawer selected, click Edit next to Apple ID and Primary Email Address.
Enter your new email address.
Click on Password and Security;
Answer the security question;
Delete your email from rescue address;
Do logout and login again into manage your apple id;
Go back to Name, id and email address;
Change your primary email address;
Verify your email address.
