When i clicked apple resellers in the Apple Channel Programs and i received a notice is:
Apple is not currently accepting reseller or service provider applications. Please check the Apple Channel Programs page periodically for new information.
Can you explain for me about that?

This means that Apple is not currently accepting applications for resellers. If you continue to be interested, you should check that page every so often to see if this position changes.
If you are asking "Why?" I am afraid that no one here can answer you. We are all just Apple customers, like yourself.

when people speak of home cinema they mostly speak of 5.1 or 7.1 surround
and atV only do stereo from the rca connectors
could change with the optical and hdmi with software but RCA is only stereo

First of all, if this is not the right place to ask this question please move it to a place where it does belong, I wassn't sure where I had to put it.
Now for my actual question: I'm a student that is thinking about what to do as a profession. I live in Belgium and have an interest in becomming an Apple dealer after I graduate. I do have a hard time finding details and specifications on how to become one and the differance between Apple Certified Reseller, Apple Center, ...
Where can I find information about these things?

I AM FROM INDIA AND WANT TO OPEN AN APPLE STORE OR ATLEST BECOME A RESELLER
People in india are well aware about the products that are made by apple but they have never got a good opportunity to experience it well.
I am a huge fan of apple and have been to many apple stores in my near by loaction who provide products of apple but still that apple experience is lacking i really want to make apple not just a company but an experience that makes a good impact on peoples mind(in india).Please help me with opening a store or atleast a reseller.
One should love the product to sell it on the same concept i love the product so i will be able to sell it and make it a good experience.

I'd like to start an apple reseller store in Burma.

I come from Burma, a country in South East Asia. Here, Burmese folks seem to be in the craze for apple. Magazines, IT newspapers, billboards, you name it, apple is everywhere. We have dozens if not hundreds of computer electronic stores that sell apple products all across the former capital, Yangon.
I am college student who graduated from a US high school and now currently living back in my country. I own several apple products from ipods, iphones, macs just like every other mac crazed lover.
Now the problem is, when I got back to burma, my macbook screen had stopped working. After going around the city asking store to store about getting my macbook fixed, I'd gotten answers mostly saying they're not qualified to do such repairs and my computer would have to be shipped off to a neighboring country, Singapore, Thailand. Still unsatisfied with the answers from them, I went googling for apple service centers and official resellers and it was much ado about nothing. Well, except for this store locator page from apple themselves which I found to be a little humorous. http://www.apple.com/asia/reseller/mm/
My country has been under strict junta rule for decades. Everything had been recently sanctioned. However, reforms are taking place and most sanctions have been lifted or are currently being taken out.
This makes me sad to know shops that sell apple merchandise only well, do sales. Servicing isn't an option if you hadn't bought the product straight from the mom and pop apple stores.
I'd be very interested in opening an official apple reseller shop here in Burma. As I'm still a college student, I do not understand much about running businesses or setting up shop. Regardless, I am certain we need a store here that can handle proper sales and marketing and more importantly, as well as servicing. I'm not sure if anyone has stepped up, contacted apple and has been denied this official dealership. I wanted to see what apple community members think about my idea, whether if this is merely imposible or if anything, just comments or suggestions of any kind.

There is no way to apply to become an "Apple tester" as such. You can pay to sign up as a developer and get access to some pre-release software, usually operating system versions. But otherwise, if Apple wants you as a tester, they will contact you. They do so only very rarely for software, and I've never, ever heard of them recruiting users for hardware testing.

Hi Apple support and fans,
I am writing to ask you and maybe get Apple's attention to what happened to me. I bought an iPhone 5s 8 days ago. I bought it from official Apple reseller in Warsaw, the capital city of Poland. And then my adventures began.
First, the plug is British, not Polish, because as the reseller said "we have some iPhone not from official distribution, but it will work". Because I needed to buy an iPhone5s fast, I accepted that. However, the question is still there - is it legal to sell British iPhones "from unofficial distribution channel" in Poland?
Second, and more important, my iPhone 5s makes horrible blurred pictures. I mean they are really blurred... I read all the posts on this forum and I tried everything. Finally I decided to visit the reseller and here is what their representative said: "These pictures are totally fine. They are blurred, as this is not a professional camera". Wow! What a discovery. I know that this is not a professional camera, but I know how photos from an iPhone (4 and 4s) might look like. So I replied that something is strange and I wanted to give my iPhone back to check it (under warranty). The representative replied: "We will not take it, and I'm telling you the pictures are all fine. The camera in iPhone 5s is much worse than it was in iPhone 4s and hence the blurred photos. Just live with that".
And now my questions:
1. Is it true that the pictures must be blurred in iPhone 5s, just because it works so? I can't bvelieve it.
2. Isn't the fact that they sell iPhones from "unofficial channels" the reason why they don't want to take the iPhone under warranty?
If anyone from Apple wants to take a closer look at this issue and maybe discover some "strange" actions from Polish official Apple reseller, I'm open to provide you much more details on the purchase, the store location, etc.

iPhones are ONLY sold by Carriers and Apple an Apple reseller is unlikely to be authorised for iPhones and certainly would not sell an iphone with a foreign plug
You have clearly purchased a grey import a genuine Polish sourced iPhone sold by a legitimate iPhone reseller would have the correct plug for the Country
Big issue you have is warranty you need to take to an Apple authorised repairer
