I want discontinue my yearly Creative cloud membership... that expiries in 1mo+1day from today, at just 2 days prior expiry, what to do?

After the October charge is processed I can cancel the membership which means it won't renew after November 27th but you'll still have full access until then.
Let me know if you want me to do that.

  • Problems After Yearly Creative Cloud Membership Renewed

    After my Creative Cloud membership renewed last week I have been unable to access the Adobe Software that is part of the Creative Cloud.  The last message box I received asked for a serial number.  How can I get that information so that I can againuse the software?  I thought my membership automatically renewing meant my usage of Adobe products would not be interrupted.

    Really Adobe? This is the best you do, an endless loop of Web pages and VM mail trees?
    I haven't used Creative Cloud.
    I signed up for a test account, just to see what it was about, it was not for me.

  • Upgrade to a business Creative Cloud membership?

    I have an individual Creative Cloud membership that I recently purchased using my 'existing owner' benefits from being a long-time user of Adobe products...
    I now want to upgrade this to a small business membership so that my business partner can also use InDesign from a second location / IP.
    Surely I can do this without having to create a new business account from scratch (and thefeore presumably losing my 'existing user' discounts) and then cancelling my individual account?
    I would greatly appreciate any instructions you can give me on the best way to upgrade!

    I am living in Pakistan. I have relatives in America. I want to get the creative cloud membership. Can I ask my relative to get it for me and therefore, I can use it being in Pakistan.

    It is always advised to buy the CC with the Adobe ID of the country of residence. The CC payment mode & the Adobe ID should be of the same country.
    If it is activated in that country, it can be used worldwide provided Adobe is not on a restricted network.

    Discontinued my creative cloud membership, uninstalled Acrobat XI, and installed a brand new, purchased version Acrobat XI, but when I try to open it, I get a message saying I must renew creative cloud. This is a free standing program, and it IS installed. What do I do?

    You may need to uninstall the Cloud (not just stop using it) and then run the Cleaner to remove all vestiges... and then reinstall Acrobat

    Yes you can! It is a Basic level site but you can build it without Muse. I think you may need to create the site originally with Dreamweaver or Muse (meaning creating the site with Business Catalyst not building the site) but once that is done you can use any software to create the code for the site and upload it via SFTP. Hope that makes sense.
