I want Friends by Ed Sheeran, but it's not available in the US store.
I've been waiting for Friends by Ed Sheeran to be released, but it's only in the UK store. I tried changing to the UK store, but it wouldn't let me buy it there. It told me to get it on the US store, but I obviously can't as it isn't available. Can someone help me figure out how to get it?
at the bottom of the itunes store in your itunes application, in very small print is a button that says "Change Country" it is under Manage. Click that and select United States.

After upgrading to Yosemite I have lost iPhoto. It has a cross through it in Finder, but I clicked on it and I was directed to download the latest version from the App store, but it is not available in the Australian store. Can anyone please help? I am not an advanced user and I would like my photos back, having had no idea I would lose iPhoto in the upgrade!
Thanks petermac87...but for some reason, the only purchases showing are OS. So assuming iPhoto is in Mountain Lion, I was hoping to look under Hidden Items there as you suggested, but there is no option for that. Only option is to download Mountain Lion again, not iPhoto specifically. Any ideas welcome!

Touché. That is one intense song, but it does not seem to be for sale at any of the major USA online song retailers (iTunes, Amazon MP3, Google Play).

Unless it is made available by the license holder / distributor in your country's store then you can't purchase it from Apple - you could try requesting that it be made available (http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html), or you could see whether it's available for purchase on other music purchase sites e.g. Amazon etc.

It used to be in the US iTunes Store as that's where I purchased it. Often the studios will temporarily pull a movie from the store during times the movie is scheduled to be shown on TV or cable TV as the TV network has been granted exclusive access during the period. It will return to the store later.

Thank youYou can only buy content from your own country's store i.e. the Egyptian store if you are in Egypt - you need to be in a country to use its store, so to use the US store you will need to be in the US and have a US billing address on your account. If there is an app or any other item that you would like to be buy that isn't currently available in the Egyptian store then you can try requesting that it be added, but unless the app's developer or rights-holder agrees to it then Apple won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

I am extremely upset. I purchased my iPad in SA and now I am in Greece. I cannot download free apps as I get a message that the apps are not available in the SA store and only in US stores. When I change to the US store the same thing happens. What is the point of having an iPad if I cannot use it worldwide??? I feel that I wasted my money purchasing it as I specifically purchased it to use when I travel. How can I get access to all the available apps and why are they restricted.

Try going to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your device and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select the Philippines.

How come Samuel Huntington's book in english is not available on the UK store but on non-english ones?
Because whoever holds the copyright to it in the UK hasn't given Apple permission to sell it there.
