I don't think you have to segregate in t code mm60 & execute then you saw material used more than one plant are coming at a time .

I want validation while creating material master with profit center.
If 0001 plant having 100100 profit center
0002 plant having 200200 profit center
Material A cant be created for 0001 plant for with wrong profit center 200200.
Kindly help & provide me solution clearly

Hi,
Profit centers are assigned to controlling areas. And controlling areas can have many plants under them. So as long as both the plants and profit centers are in the same controlling area users will be able to extend the materials.
You should put in your validation control in the material master user exit. One of the exits you can use is

Want to change the Material group in Scheduling aggrement after creation?

Hi Gurus,
I want to change the Material Group in scheduling aggrement. I am able to change in PO but i m not able to change in Scheduling aggrement. It is in display mode after creation.
I have checked the SPRO setting it is in optional entry only.
Can anyone please help me. Wr we have to check the settings..
Ot this is Standard SAP has provided.

This table is having view also can I enter the value in View or I have to go to SPRO to add new material group. plz help me as I am new. What is the right procedure to add material

path: sapro>logistic general->setting for key fieds>define material group
T.code:OMSF
here click on new entries add ur 4 character material group with description as per ur requirement.

I want to get the material master User-exits for the classification view

I want to insert new data in the classification view of material master date, and I want to check it. I cannot find the user-exit to realize it. Can someone help me ?

I understand you want to create a new characteristic for a classification. If that is the case, then you could have checks on the characteristic value entered. You can go to tcode CT04, enter the characteristic and go to the value tab. You can assign allowed values for that characteristic. Going to Other Value Check in that view, you can also check the entered value against a check table or even create a function module for custom check.

At the end of production, we want to bifurcate the material.

Dear Expert,
Our requirement is such that we started the production of let say grade A material. But after checking quality parameter at the end of production, we come on the conclusion that partial lot is Grade B material. Both the material is finish material, we don't want to process further for Grade B material as it is low grade.
We take the e.g.
Grade A material plann to produce 100 Ton
But, at the end we get to know that Grade A is 60 Ton & Grade B is 40 Ton.
Some details: Type of manufacturing - Repetative
Materials created - Grade A & Grade B
Please help to map above requirement.

Hi Chetan,
There are 2 approaches to this issue; in my opinion, the best is to have one material number for both grades, but manage it with batches, and have the grade on the batch classification. This way it flows best with QM, planning, etc.
But if you must have different material numbers for the different grades, you could have the low grade as a by or co product. It means that you put it in the BOM with a negative sign and the statistical quantity known from the past. Later on you confirm the actuals, both for the high and the low grade. In REM you just need to correct the backflush quantity for the low grade according to the actuals.

Miro-want to debit a material without using a purchase order reference

I have activated direct posting to material account but when make MIRO, the system generates the accounting document on GL account not material account and dont update the material stock. Where to configure to make posting on material account.

Have you checked the settings in OMS2 t.code.
If not pls check the following.
Go to OMS2 select the material type which not creating the accounting document and double click on the qty/value updating folder . In that check the Qty updating check box is selected or not. You have to check the box then only it will update the qty it results the Material document creation.

The basic materials are no different from the ones in the "big" C4D. Only some textures and the special 3D materials are missing. Even if they were part of the package, they would not be relevant here. So for the most part it therefore becomes a question of what you have tried so far. have you actually simply played with the transparency options? Downloaded a preset/ sample scene from somewhere? Read up on the matter?
