The issue was I mistook what I was buying – I may not have bought the product had I known the real cost – I had to buy the basic version to upgrade to pro – that was very deceptive – in the trial that wasn’t made clear
Anyway – you got an extra $191 out of me so you guys win

I just puchased the latest Adobe Acrobat XI Standard.
I put in the Serial Key number but my computer tells me that a qualifying product could not be found on my computer so I can't use the adobe product. So now I can't open any files or attach pdf files onto emails without this message coming up. I've un-installed the "Adobe Acrobat XI Standard twice! with no luck.
I need it sorted ASAP as I'm trying to work! Any suggestions?DotBellaParis if you are being asked for a qualifying product then it would appear you purchased an upgrade to Acrobat XI Standard. You should have the opportunity to enter the serial number for your previous purchase of Acrobat. If you did not intend to purchase an upgrade then I would recommend submitting a return request. Once you have returned the upgrade you can then purchase the full version which will not ask you for a qualifying product or serial number. -
I have a MacBook Pro with Snow leopard (10.6.8). Downloaded Lion from Aplle store and got a bill but no upgrade. Bad hearing can't use telephone to support. Apple store can't help. CASE NUMBER: 19*****63.

Have you tried connecting the iPad to your computer and using iTunes to restore to factory settings? These are the basic steps.

I have a music library on an iMac and I got a new iPhone and a new MacBook Pro and I want some of the songs from the iMac library to be on my phone and my MacBook Pro and I have a new Apple ID on my phone and my Mac book pro, is this possible if so how do I do it?
Providing specifics on all the ways to do this will take more time than I am willing to spend here these days. You can do some of this with Home Sharing. You can transfer the entire library from one computer to another, If you do that you can delete what you don't want from the transferred library.
Quick answer if you use iTunes' default preferences settings: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Open iTunes and immediately hold down the option (alt) key (shift on Windows) so you get a prompt to select a library, then guide it to the 'iTunes Library.itl' file in the moved iTunes folder. If you put the copied iTunes folder in the default location of Macintosh HD > Users > *User Name* > Music then you don't even need to start with the option key held down, iTunes will automatically look for it there. (Make sure there isn't anything already in the iTunes folder there that you want to keep since you will be replacing it with the one you are moving.)
You do not want to use a new AppleID. Change the AppleID on the new phone to the old ID. Purchases made with one AppleID cannot be transferred to a different one and it will be a royal pain to manage two Apple IDs.
Change iTunes Store account on an iOS device - Log out of your current account with Settings.app > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) > tap on your AppleID. Log in with a different account. I have brought a 17'' MacBook Pro 2.5ghz core 2 duo 2gb. Model A1261. It seems I can upgrade to either 8gb or 16gb ram! But since It's 2006'ish, I just want some advice on the best ram that would work for a good price. Thanks :)

The best sources for Mac compatible RAM are OWC and Crucial.

There are no keys, there is no trial version of OSX (ML or Mavericks) and Mavericks is free

there is no such thing as an iPhone 2G. An origional iPhone can't upgrade any higher than 3.1.3. The next model is the 3G, which can upgrade as high as 4.2.1

They were already at v9 when Lion came out and decided that official support would be for v9 only; see here.
According to this, the only thing PPC in v9 and v8 are video encoding for SWF export -- looks like an XTension according to System Profiler. I have a few other things on my MBP, recently upgraded to Lion; I upgraded just about every app to the latest versions with exception of Quark. The only other PPC things besied that XTension are some scripts from Adobe Illustrator CS5.1, which got installed with CS 5.5. I guess Adobe forgot to upgrade those. No biggie, I never use them.
