I want to add Adobe Story Plus CC to my Creative Cloud Suite.

I want to know how to add Adobe Story Plus CC to my Creative Cloud. I have a yearly membership. Do I have to pay more to include this product? What is the easiest way to download this program?

Is Story Plus a part of Creative Cloud or not?

Everything I read on Adobe.com indicates Story Plus is included in Creative Cloud. However, when I try to access it from CreativeCloud.com I get Story Free. I started a chat with Adobe, and I was told I need to subscribe separately for Story Plus.
Which is it? And if it is included, how do I fix my problem and get access to Story Plus?

Hi Sandeep. I removed the desktop version of Story. However, I can't recall where the dmg file for it might be. (I did download one of the first beta versions and only continued to update ever since by opening the Software and Updating when prompted.) I went to the site (my creative cloud account at creative.adobe.com) but I can't seem to find anywhere to download the desktop app again. The story icon only provides a "learn more" link. My application manager does not include Story. I will send you an email with my email ID.
By the way, there has been a new development. My whole account is now expiring everyday. Everytime I open any software it asks me to renew, which I do and seems to work fine (It says something along the lines of "Subscription Renewed!" so I assume that means it works), but it only lasts until I close the app or open another adobe software. At which point it expires again and I must renew. I have been renewing three or four times a day for the last two days.
Also, the email above appears as DL-AdobeStory-support<at>adobe<dot>com
Seemed odd so I'll ask. Is your email [email protected]? or just [email protected]? Or maybe [email protected]?
I sent an email with my info to all of the above including [email protected] I'm sorry if I error on the side of exesiveness, but I really would like to resolve the issue.
Also, I received an inmediate reply from [email protected] saying:
You have replied to an automated e-mail system that is unable to respond to individual questions or comments.

This does not inspire peace of mind. I hope this is just one of all the addresses I sent it to. Anyways,

Cannot access Story Plus when logged to Creative Cloud

I have opened Story Free from my Creative Cloud Dashboard. Up the top of the screen there is a button called Upgrade which I assume will allow me to open Story Plus.
But when I click this it goes to the Adobe Store where I am asked if I want to purchase Story Plus. I thought that this was part of Creative Cloud and should not need to be purchased again.
How do I open and use Story Plus in Creative Cloud without needing to purchase it?

You should not be directed to the Adobe Store for purchase since you are a paid subscriber to the Creative Cloud.
Not quite sure what you mean by my Creative Cloud Dashboard, but am assuming you mean the Creative Cloud Apps page at https://creative.adobe.com/apps.
From the Creative Cloud Apps page you can click on the Learn More link for Story Plus. The experience is different depending on whether or not you are signed in or with your Adobe ID:
If you are not signed in then Learn More takes you to the Adobe Story Product Page at http://www.adobe.com/go/storyinfo.
If you are signed in then Learn More takes you to the Adobe Story Landing Page at https://story.adobe.com/.
From the Adobe Story Landing Page at https://story.adobe.com you can sign in Sign In, Join or Subscribe. If you are a Creative Cloud paid subscriber then you can just Sign In.
Clicking Sign In should bring up an overlay dialog that accepts your Adobe ID and signs you into the application.
Let me know where your experience is different and perhaps post screenshots.

I Want to Buy Adobe Photoshop CS6 for Mac - NOT Creative Cloud

I just bought a new iMac and I would like to buy Adobe Photoshop CS6 for Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.2. I am NOT interested in the monthly subscription for Creative Cloud, so please don't even try and sell that to me. I was told by the place I bought my new iMac that Adobe would still sell me Photoshop CS6 if I contacted them. Since I was unable to find a phone number to call, I thought I would try my luck on this forum. Again, I was told that Adobe would send me a link or something like that where I can buy and download Photoshop CS6. Since my new iMac does NOT have a CD/DVD-ROM drive, I would only be able to download the software. I understand that the monthly subscription for Creative Cloud is the newest way of using Photoshop, but I am not interested in that at all. I would greatly appreciate any and all assistance with this matter. Thank you for your time and I anxiously await a response.

Trying to download indesign via adobe site onto my mac's creative cloud/suite??

i click download, then press launch application so then my creative cloud opens up the place where downloads should appear but nothing happens?!!

First, from the Creative Cloud desktop menu, choose Quit. Then relaunch it again.
If that doesn't work, uninstall Creative Cloud desktop, then reinstall it again.

1.       You want to share screenplays or projects with others
2.       You want to work offline (not connected to the internet)
3.       You want to create production revisions, production schedules and reports

Adobe Story Plus's sharing features keep failing for my account

I have been an Adobe Story user since it first launched, when collaboration was included in the free version. Then it split into Adobe Story Free and Adobe Story Plus. Recently, the internship I landed required that I adobt a CC-centric workflow, thus I became a paying member of Adobe Creative Cloud Student Edition (I am studying film at the University of Texas in Austin), with which came Adobe Story Plus. I upgraded the SAME account I have been using for years. Yet, upon upgrade, I lost all of the projects I had been working on in Story Free prior. Moreover, NONE of the sharing features seem to work for me. These features are imperative to my new position and workflow. I have to constantly collaborate with my teammates. If I share a Story project with my team, they all recieve the invitation but it fails when they try to accept. If they try to share something with me, I just never receive the invite, via email, online story.com, the desktop application, or anything. I hope to find a solution ASAP because my internship is kind of riding on this, and thus my career.

Adobe Story plus desktop app not login in. Please help! I have tried everything!

Hi, I have creative cloud cs6 and I can't use my Adobe story plus desktop app.
Any time I try to enter, the app ask me first about my creative cloud email and password and then it ask me a password to the desktop app and to repeat this password too. Then nothing happens and it returns to step 1 with the window of LOG IN and MORE INFORMATION Buttons. I have try to unistall and installl, uninstall adobe air too, also to delete and renabe the folder Library/Application Support/Adobe/AIR/ELS/com.adobe.story.....
Doesn't work.

Ok it has been fixed I thing connecting just by cable instead of wifi. Crazy but real. But this was not happening with windows partition in the same macbook.

What can I do when Im having trouble receiving a script from Another Adobe Story Plus user?

I am having serious trouble downloading a link of a script one of my crew members shared with my from Adobe Story Plus. Everytime I click on the link in my email I go straight to the Adobe Story Plus Project/ Authoring Interface, the project (script) is not there. I am using my PC with Windows 7. Would that be a issue if my friend is using a Mac?
I don't know what to do for I need this info pronto. The crew member who has sent it to me has done so multiple times and the same thing has happened. I do not see the script in the project pane. If I can receive the script into my Story account, what can be done for that to happen? What else can I do to get this script into my story account or to downlaod the link from my email?

Hi,
One quick way could be to ask the crew member to save the script to disk (File->Save to disk) option and mail that to you. You could then import the script into your account.

Still wondering what happened to Adobe Story Plus

I am a subscriber to Creative Cloud and ADOBE STORY is nowhere to be found. I even talked to one of the Adobe “tech” people who INSISTED that Adobe Story was a) not an application; b) is not part of Creative Cloud; and c) could not see any reference anywhere that stated that Adobe Story was EVER to be part of Creative Cloud.

The features described for Adobe Story Plus finally started working; however, I can no longer go online with my application. It just sits there with a prompt saying "Going online. Please wait." The funny thing is that this ONLY happens on my MacBook Pro. My work computer (iMac) works perfectly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Adobe Story AND Adobe Air but unfortunately this did not work.
