I want to add height to a video, how?
I need to add a layer (add height), about 30 pixels or so, to the bottom of my video so I can place my subtitle there
without overlapping the original video footage itself. How do I do that? I have Premier Pro CS 6.
It depends on how you intend to deliver. If DVD, Blu-ray or broadcast, it won't work. Those formats all have fixed resolutions that must be adhered to. The only two methods for creating a 'blank spot' in those formats would be to crop off part of the image, or to reduce the size of the image, which would create 'black' on all four sides, not just the bottom.
The only way you can do this would be for computer playback, where resolutions can be anything you want them to be. Essentially you'd create a new sequence with the extra pixels, and just keep your clips at the top of the frame. (Do create a sequence whose dimensions are both evenly divisible by 8, though.)

While I can't speak to how quickly the apps will work, I may be able to help you with how they work. Once you have the apps added to the printer you would select the app you want to print from on the printer's front panel. Once inside the app, select what you want to print and if all goes as it should, the printer should begin printing the requested information within a few seconds.

Alibutlerdesigns you will use the same process to install on your second computer. You can copy the installation files using a USB drive if you do not wish to download the installation files again.

I just want to add a Weather Link. How to?
I want to paste some HTML that I copied from Weather Underground for a weather icon to be placed into my iWeb index page, but I don't know where to put it within the source code to make it work. I want the icon to show up in a particular location on the site. I've tried it, but just the code displays on the browser - not the site itself.

Start first in your iWeb page and make a textbox to fit the graphic, eg 160 x 160px. Then type in the textbox, eg WeatherCode.
Publish.
Edit the published html page with a text editor, and replace 'WeatherCode' with this:
You will see href points to the weather site, and img src points to the dynamic image. Change to suit.

This is what I did:
I went to control panel and unistalled iTunes completely, then I installed 10.6.3

It came up with an error saying that my library had beed used with a more updated verision, basically had to upgrade. I installed iTunes 10.7
After it had installed and iTunes was running I hooked up both my iPhone and my flash drive, I have more than 1 usb port I figure most computers do now, and by the time and date in the bottom right corner a small icon came up showing that I had devices hooked up. It showed both my iPhone (but did not know what it was) and my flash drive. If you right click on the iPhone it has the option to Troubleshoot it. I did it and my iPhone 5 now FINALLY SYNCS!

ive had a problem syncing with itunes recently. when i delete a song on my iphone when i sync with my computer it still syncs but just greys out and is rendered useless. thats great unless i when i want to add new music or videos from my pc to my iphone it wont sync and will just grey out. i looked for solutions and one said that deleteing all your music from the usage in settings would fix it, well now when i sync all of my music is greyed out. ive tried adding all of my songs manually into my ipod instead of syncing entire library and nothing. (also when i select to sync music nothing shows up in the usage bar (normally 3 gigs) might help) could someone please help?

Also make sure that for any of your email accounts you set them up to fetch, not push. My tech person set them all to have the email servers push data to the phone. The new iphone4s antenna is extremely strong so it will continually try to access stuff that is pushed–***** a lot of battery life doing this. It makes it worse if you have exchange 2010 accounts. Something about changes made to exchange really suck battery life from devices that access such accounts.

ThanksThe recommended procedure is to create the presentation on the DMM (upload the video to the DMM) then create a deployment package using the presentation created on the DMM. Once you deploy it to the DMP, the DMM will FTP the video along with presentation files to the DMP which will contain the links to play the video that will be stored locally on the DMP.

You need to transfer your iTunes library to your new computer along with all other important data that you will need or want to access on your new computer such as documents, photos, etc. -
I want to add a china/splash/extra tom to drum kit - how can I do that?
I need to be able to able to add/play china/splash/extra toms in a drum kit. How do I go about this? I already have samples for all of the instruments/pieces I want to add, but don't know how I can control all at the same time. I play a lot of real-time MIDI w/ a keyboard so it doesn't make sense to have the extra pieces in EXS while playing the drums w/ DKD.

Another way. You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
Plug the USB flash drive into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie/photo files into the folder. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov; DSCN0164.jpg).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie/photo files should appear & you can import. (You can not export using the camera connection kit.)
