I want to arrange / organize my photos in the various EVENTs, how is this being done ??? please HELP, thank you, manfred from jupiter

I have set up several EVENTs for my photos in iPhoto. Now when I click on an Event, I want to arrange the pictures within this event , when I click on the picture I want to move, it does not move, it stays in place. ( yellow fram around the picture does appear ) I clicked on the VIEW tab, selected " sort EVENTS" than I slide over to manually and the word appears in grey rather than black . Therefore I am unable to move the picture to the place I want it to be within that same event. Please be kind and Help, thank you, manfred from jupiter

My version of iPhoto is : " iPhoto 08 " , version 7.1.5 ( 378 )
I set up an " Album " as you suggested and this procedure works, I am able in this new Album to change the pictures around as I want it to be.
However in checking back at the same " Event" Album / Gallery the pictures still remain the old way and do not show the changes I made in the new Album version.
I guess that's the way it will be. Take it or leave it..... or do you have another suggestion ???? Thank you for looking into my problem. Please let me know. Thank you again manfred from jupiter

I'm not sure this is what you're looking for, but it might help:
"If you made the Windows partition too small
First, back up all the information on your Windows partition. Then run Boot Camp
Assistant to restore your disk to a single volume. Restart your computer and use Boot
Camp Assistant to partition the disk again and reinstall Windows. Don’t forget to install
the Boot Camp drivers after installing Windows."

1. you may have to take it in to Apple and get an out of warranty iphone for $199.
2. you can get your information from a backup of your phone. you do have a backup of your phone right either in iTunes or icloud. If you don't then your answer will be no.

Some general comments...
Regarding:
THERE ANY WAY I CAN PUT MULTIPLE RANDUM TRANSITIONS IN TO THE TIME LINE WITH JUST ONE CLICK ? .
There is no transition choice for random transitions across the Premiere Elements 12 workspace Timeline. But, the Elements Organizer 12/Create Menu/Slideshow and its Slideshow Editor does have that random transition choice. So, one possibilitity would be to create your slideshow in Elements Organizer 12 Slideshow Editor and then move the slideshow into Premiere Elements with the Output of Edit with Premiere Elements Editor command.
Pending more details of the slideshow you are creating, I think that you would get your best photo quality and overall results staying with Premiere Elements 12 workspace (1080p) project and the transitions randomized manually.
perhaps applying the default to all (all at the same time),
using Timeline Menu/Apply Default Transition,
and then replacing transitions randomly for the random transition look).
Please let us know if any of that worked for you.

My iPhone 4s turns off after battery gets below 40% and sometimes when I take a photo,it shows the photo in the photo album but will display a white screen when i tap on the photo. Please help thank you :)

My Iphone 4s is 2 years and 3 months old. the battery drains very quickly, sometimes turning off once it reaches 40% if I open an app or say the camera.
I charge it more than twice a day now as the battery life is so poor.
Also, when I take a photo, the phot sometimes shows in the album, but if I click on it, it shows up as a white screen and I cannot send the photo either as the recipient gets a blank screen.
I am not super flash with technology, so please be nice!

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
If the issue persists, take the device to Apple for evaluation and possible replacement.

With the amount of information you've provided it's impossible to offer a solution. We can't see your computer so we need to know the details of your problem and setup, i.e.:
what version of iPhoto are you using?
what system version are you running?
what do you see in the iPhoto window when iPhoto opens?
what fixes have you tried?
where is your library normally located?
did you apply any updates or upgrades just prior to the problem occurring?
are you running a "managed" or "referenced" library?
how much free space on your boot drive?
If you launch iPhoto with the Option key held down you'll get a window with all libraries that iPhoto an find. What do you see in that window?
If you select a library in the window it's location will be shown directly beneath that window.

It's not due to where she registered the device, it's where she lives and therefore where her iTunes account is - as she is in Indonesia she can only use the Indonesian iTunes store, she would need to be here in the UK with a UK billing address on here account to use the UK store.

To erase a AirPort Time Capsule disk, use the following steps:
Open AirPort Utility; it is located in /Applications/Utilities.
Click the Disks tab.

You did not ruin the phone, you will need a sim card to activate the phone and then connect the phone to itunes and do a restore from back up.

Open a new document big enough for your image. Then additional open your ice and flower image as well. Copy each and paste it into your blank document. They will be placed on their own separate layers.
Make sure in your layers panel. (Bottom right) the ice is above the flower, by dragging it in place. In that same layers panel click the ice layer to select in and find the opacity meter above. Drag to the left until you get the effect you desire.

Make sure you have a full backup of your iPhone before recyncing with the iMac as during this process all data will be wiped out from your iPhone.
