I want to block a website that is harassing me by popping up everytime I start firefox. I have already deleted cookies that I thought belonged to the website through firefox's browser but to no avail. This website creates its cookies as soon as I delete them. Then when I start/restart firefox browser the popup advertisement shows on my screen in a separate window all by itself. I cannot do anything to block this advertisement. How can I block this website? Here is the URL:

You can password protect your website but ONLY if you publish it to a MobileMe account.

The Library handles both the History and the Bookmarks.
Don't you see the History item in the left pane that shows the full tree ?

An iPhone backup to a computer via iTunes stores the photos in a backup file that is only meant to be be used if needed to restore back to the phone. There is 3rd party "extractor" software available but otherwise the photos are not directly viewable.
The backup via iTunes was a good idea and your Camera Roll photos should be there and should be able to be restored to your new phone. However if it was me I wouldn't rely on that alone. I would also import the photos to a computer where you can see and verify that you have a copy. That is a good idea at any time (not just when you know you might need it). Any phone can be lost, broken, suffer hardware issues, etc at any time and lose all data on it. What Apple store told you they wanted $249.00 to tell what is wrong?
If this is a 13" Macbook Pro then that is the cost of the Extended Applecare warranty. As you are outside the 90 days of Free Phone Support then what Apple told you is that to get Phone Support you would either need to pay $45 per phone call or pay $249.00 for the Applecare extended warranty which comes with 3 years Free Phone Support from date of purchase.
Or you can take it to a Apple Genius Bar and have them look at it for Free.
Every Mac comes with 1 year warranty and includes only 90 days of phone support. You can buy the extended Applecare warranty anytime within the first year of ownership, IE until the 1 year warranty runs out.
I suggest you have your computer looked at by either an Apple Authorized Repair Center or Genius Bar and then before the 1 year warranty runs out buying the extended warranty

There is nothing that anyone here on a user forum can do to help you. If it is a local issue in Syria, then you need to take it up with your phone company or authorities there who have prevented you from using VPN.

If they are iTunes purchases that you bought on your phone then have you copied them over from it to your computer's iTunes ? If that is the computer that you sync the phone to then you should be able to copy them over by connecting it and doing File > Devices > Transfer Purchases. Or (depending upon what country that you are in) you might be able to redownload them directly on your computer's iTunes via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage.
In terms of your account's balance, have you tried logging out of your account on your computer (Store > Sign Out menu option) and then logging back in (it will change to a Store > Sign In option) and seeing if your balance changes ?

Have you talked to your carrier to confirm the unlock?
What was the procedure you did to unlock the phone?
Standard unlocking procedure once processed by the carrier:
Backup in iTunes
Erase the phone (ignore restore terminology here)
Plug the phone to the computer and then launch iTunes
Wait for unlock notification.
Restore the backup.
