I want to buy a 13" Mac, but I have already a 7200 rpm HD, what can I do??

First of all, I want to ask some apologize for my english, but I'm italian, so... Now, this is the matter: I'd like to buy a Macbook, or a Macbook pro, the 13" version of both, but I read in the specification page that I can order a 7200 rpm HD only with a Macbook pro 15", not with a 13" notebook. Moreover, I already own a Seagate Momentus 7200.4, a wonderful HD, and I really hate the idea of returning to use a 5400 one. Can I buy a macbook 13" or a macbook pro 13", and change the HD by myself? What do I have to do in this case? I mean, how can I preserve the data on the original HD (id est the SO and all the programs installed by default)? Will my OS license be valid yet??

The manuals for the latest [MacBook Pros|http://manuals.info.apple.com/enUS/MacBook_Pro_13inchMid2009.pdf] and [MacBooks|http://manuals.info.apple.com/enUS/MacBook_13inch_Late2009UG.pdf] both give instructions for replacing the hard drive, so assuming your drive is the correct size to fit it should work fine. I would recommend replacing the drive right after you make sure that the new computer works properly, that way you don't have to worry about transferring any data, just reinstall the system and applications directly from the install DVDs.
The license for your operating system would still be valid. I should point out, however, that if your computer requires service Apple will likely ask you to put the original hard drive back in, as they would not be responsible for hardware that is not originally part of it.

Make sure you are using the correct serial number starting 1160 (24 digits comprising all numbers and no letters)

If you are using "Restore from Time Machine Backup" option from OS X Recovery, you can only choose from the broad categories presented.

To be clear, if you are asking if you can use the volume containing your Time Machine backup to store additional, non-Time Machine files, the short answer is yes.
It's not a good idea though, since the Time Machine backup will eventually fill all available space, after which it begins to remove old, "expired" backups to make room for newer ones. The presence of additional files doesn't change that fact, and Time Machine will not erase them, but you will encounter a dilemma should you want to store additional files on that volume when there is no remaining space. You will have to make room for them on your own, by deleting existing files. Furthermore, since Time Machine cannot back up its own volume, those additional files will not be backed up by Time Machine.
The easy solution for what you describe is to purchase additional external storage. External USB hard disk drives have become very inexpensive; about $55 will buy a perfectly suitable 1 TB drive.
You can also choose to replace your MacBook Air's internal storage with a larger capacity one. Look for a suitable replacement from OWC / MacSales:

That gets a little more expensive but it is the optimum solution.

No. Macs cannot run a system that is older than the hardware. You can however pick up a copy of Snow Leopard Server and run it in a virtual machine using Parallels.

no, that's incorrect.
you can activate on 1 mac and 1 pc, or 2 pc's, or 2 mac's, concurrently.
i have cc installed on 2 pcs and 1 mac. i can only activate 2 at any one time which works well for me because my pcs are at home and my office and i use them most of the time.
but when i travel i take my macbook so i just deactivate one or both of my pcs (uninstalling is not needed) and sign in to my macs cc app.

Specifically, after you buy a Mac test for RAM needs by calculating page outs as described below. The good news is that RAM is cheap enough that every Aperture user who can should upgrade to at least 8 GB RAM.

All 2011 Macs will "run" Aperture, but lesser CPUs and/or lesser GPUs will provide lesser performance. What "fine" is depends on your workflow and how demanding you are. There are some folks here happy with the power of the box you suggest.
GENERIC UPGRADE ADVICE
Apologies in advance to those for whom this info is redundant.
Some general guidelines for operation of heavy graphics applications (specifically Aperture):
• Only the strongest Macs will provide the strongest operation. Owners of weaker boxes (CPU, GPU, i/o, RAM) or older boxes will experience lesser performance.
• There is a huge difference in hardware needs among workflows. A heavy pro workflow will only work best on a top well-equipped modern box.
• As RAM prices continually fall RAM needs will continually grow. This has been true since the beginning of computing.
OS X has enabled Photoshop, for instance, to take advantage of at least 32 GB RAM for many years even though 32-bit operation limited direct RAM access to ~3 GB RAM.
• All computers/OSs/workflows are different. Each individual user needs to carefully evaluate (meaning see what the early adopters report) workflow and hardware operation BEFORE upgrading any application or OS.
• Hardware upgrades should be planned for always-increasing future OS/application demands, not just for today. After all, a computer purchased today is used for the next 3 years, not last year.
• SSDs rock. All users, all apps will benefit from using a solid state drive as the boot/apps drive. Strongly recommended. RAM-challenged setups will additionally benefit from 10x faster page outs.
• All users should regularly evaluate their workflows by checking the Page Outs number under System Memory on the Activity Monitor app before starting a work session; then rechecking after working. If the page outs number increased significantly during operation the workflow is RAM-starved and steps should be taken, such as increasing RAM or restarting and running only one app at a time - - or switching from 64-bit operation to 32-bit operation. [Note: this is a manual calculation of any change in page outs. Ignore the cute pie charts, page ins, etc.]

RE: SATA Bus speed:
Typical Rotating drives available today, whatever their SATA spec, can source data off the spinning platters no faster than about 125MBytes/sec.
SATA 3 is rated at 6G bits/sec, which theoretically is about 750 Mega Bytes/sec
SATA 2 is rated at 3G bits/sec, which is theoretically about 375 Mega Bytes/sec
SATA 1 is rated at 1.5G bits/sec, which is theoretically about 187.5 Meg Bytes/sec
None of the SATA Busses is a bottleneck for consumer Rotating drives you can buy today. Trying to speed up the SATA Bus will not provide any real-world performance increases for Rotating Drives.
