I want to buy a sound bar for my tv but want one that connects wirelessly to my apple tv, all the sound bars i have looked at do not mention this any recomendations ?

I do believe that the ability for your Apple TV to airplay audio to external devices was added just in the most recent update, that was released when iOS 6 was released if I'm correct, so there might not be any that specifically mention that yet.
Since it uses AirPlay I'd assume any AirPlay compatible speaker would work, but I would look into it more before spending your money, just in case.

I am planning to buy 2TB time capsule which is [2TB hard drive + Airport Extreme] and two Airport Express to extend the range of my wifi network. we have a large family & because of that we have 1 macbook, 2 laptops , 2 desktops, 4 iphones, 2 ipads, 3 android phones, 2 apple tvs, 2 ps3's. all of these devices are on my Wifi network but some of them are off usually ps3, apple tv and desktops computers r off but still their is alot of traffic. You can use TC with whatever wireless you currently have.. if it works you should not need to buy a pair of express as well. The best method is to bridge the TC and plug it into the main router.
You can certainly keep it private for your own access only.. simply set a disk password only you know. Easy.
As long as you have a single network, then wherever you connect in the network will be able to access the TC.. but also note file speeds to the TC with multiple wireless hops will be terrible slow.
Also note all security on the TC is an illusion. It is a home device.. press reset and anybody can then access it. You can even get past disk password. If you want security keep the device off the network.. use an external hard disk plugged directly into the computer. -
I've updated to Lion 10.7.1. Now when I wake my iMac from sleep, the mouse doesnt appear so I have to do a hard reboot and than i shows up fine. P.S. I have a mouse & trackpad. Any help?
I've heard that resetting the PRAM may solve issues like mine.
It does not hurt to reset the PRAM, so give that a try.
Is the 24GB RAM all Apple RAM, or did you add 3rd Party RAM? If 3rd Party RAM, this could be the cause.
Do you have 3rd kernel extensions? 3rd Party software can cause problems, especially those that add kernel extensions. Posting the EtreCheck output would show all such extensions

Did Apple have SSD/HDD combos in 2011? I really do not know, so I'm asking. If this SSD/HDD combo is a 3rd Party addition, then disk issues might be an issue. Then again, a failing disk (Apple's or 3rd Party) can ALWAYS be an issue.
Is your SSD/HDD configured in a Fusion Drive setup? Again, if this is not original Apple SSD/HDD Fusion Drive setup, is it possible your manual configuration is having issues? -

If your intention is to copy a just documents and data (word processing files and music for example) then yes, you can use drag and drop. If you want to transfer data and applications and permissions, it would actually be easiest to connect the drive to your old computer and turn on TimeMachine. Once TM is finished, connect the drive to your new computer and restart it holding the option key to get into Recovery mode. Then you can use the restore from TM option to transfer your data and programs to the new computer.

I have downloaded every update and my battery life is better than any previous iPhone I have ever owned. I see posts from hundreds of people every day, and this is not a commonly reported problem. have an ipod and then got the wife an iphone4. all passwords are screwed up. she can not access playstore cuz she doesn't have password. i can not get find any help on how to get or update a password for the ipod. and then get her a separate password for her iphone. we need to save her photos, music, etc to ? icloud and the phone stuff to verizon cloud? so when she gets her new Iphone6 she can have all her "stuff" back on the new phone. hope this makes sense. please offer suggestions here or at [email protected] thanks for your help!
Oh no! I'm sorry to see there's a lot of confusion here and data shared, x-rayDon. We can definitely work to fix. This happens when two devices share the same Apple ID, so she will need to reset hers. She can do so by assessing this link Apple - My Apple ID. You will need to decide who will keep the account if want separate Apple IDs since purchases cannot be shared unless you do Family Sharing.

Have new iPhone 5s and older iPad ( looking to buy new iPad ) question for both is should I hook them up to y computer and back up the computer on each devise and sink and than the next one. No it's not stealing. They have an allowance that you can share with so many computers/devices. You'll have to authorize her computer to play/use anything bought on your acct. You can do this under the Store menu at top when iTunes is open on her computer.
As far as getting it all on her computer....I think but I am not sure (because I don't use the feature) but I think if you turn on Home Sharing in iTunes it may copy the music to her computer. I don't know maybe it just streams it. If nothing else you can sign into your acct on her computer and download it all to her computer from the cloud. Not sure exactly how to go about that, I haven't had to do that yet. I wonder if once you authorize her computer and then set it up for automatic downloads (under Edit>Preferences>Store) if everything would download. Sorry I'm not much help on that. -

I have recently installed iTunes latest version (10.5.1.42) on Win XP SP3.
The problem is, when accessing iTunes, It connects to the internet, I can sign in (It shows my username in sign in bar), But nothing is shown in the iTunes store window in iTunes. It shows "accessing iTunes store..." for few seconds and after that its blank with an apple logo inside the status bar.
ANU SUGGESSION???Sorry, no. The screen image you see is specifically saying you need to connect it to a computer. You could take it to an Apple retailer for help.
