The warranty is NOT international, it is valid only in the country of purchase. I think taxes in NY city are about 9%.
You should buy an iPhone in the country you intend to use it in.

thanksOne of my favorite things about developing for iOS using Xcode is the Simulator. It runs any of the iOS devices simulated right on your Mac. If you don't have a hardware device to test your application on, the Xcode simulator will surely be your best friend.
So to answer your question less vaguely, yes. You can own the iPhone 5s and develop for the 6. There is no real release information of the iPhone 6 at the time anyways, so I would not let it play too large of a factor in your decision. -

There were some folks marketing a laser "keyboard" for computers a while ago. It is not beyond the realm of possibiity that somebody made one with a Bluetooth interface that could talk to an iPhone. It might well be beyond the average person's means to pay for it, though.

No, you can't do what you want. Apple will only ship a US iPhone to a verified billing/shipping address in the US.

I downloaded app Rxmindme (prescription timer) and it said it downloaded. Why cant I find or get the app to work?? I am buying iphone soon but I wanted to get this app to work on my alienware windows 7computer and then link it to iphone. Apps for the iPhone do not run on Windows. You will need the iPhone to run the app.

Your contract is with your service provider - it has nothing at all to do with Apple.
You can buy a contract free and/or unlocked iPhone from Apple and use it with whatever carrier you wish. Your contract terms with your current service provider remain in effect for your iPhone 4s though, so if you cancel with them (or port your number out, which accomplishes the same thing) you will owe them early termination fees and so forth.
Even if you pay full retail but want to use the phone with your current service provider, you are still obligated to complete the terms of your existing contract. -

PS : The App is Pages.If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.
