I want to cancel Creative Cloud ... but can't get through to the gatekeepers
Like so many others I've been tearing my hair out in an effort to cancel Creative Cloud, which has never worked on my computer.
I tried the 1-800 number, but after costing me a lot of money (due to long waits and a per-minute charge on my phone plan) the line dropped part way into the conversation. I have since left a forum message some days ago with and Adobe employee (Rajshree) who seems to be the one person on earth able to implement a cancellation, but she has not responded.
It's infuriating that you can sign up without even trying but that it's so hard to get out of your subscription. As a loyal customer who has given many thousands of dollars to Adobe over the years, I'm saddened to report that in the course of this ordeal I have gone from loving the company to regarding it as despicably devious.

To answer your question, yes I used the same email address for Adobe registration and chat support. It never would have occurred to me that using just one address would render the system unworkable, but frankly at this point nothing would surprise me. It'd be nice if somebody could fix that.
Now that I've reached you, PLEASE CANCEL MY CREATIVE CLOUD ACCOUNT as I have requested. Email me if necessary. You have my email in the system. But please don't instruct me to go to some forum I can't get into. this is the only one I can find, and the pop-up says you are staff.
Since I never used it, and since I have spent countless frustrating hours trying to get through by phone and internet, I hope you will have mercy and not charge me any more than the hundreds I have already paid for Creative Cloud. Indeed, a full reimbursement seems reasonable to me given that I could never get it to work on my computer, and I could never reach support.
Having said that, let me make it clear that I WANT OUT ... now and forever.

Your Adobe account details need to match your billing address so I'm afraid you can't select another country to get round this. Please contact a reseller.

If you go to the Adobe Cloud login page you can reset your password by clicking on forgot password—all you need is the email address you used to subscribe:
Adobe ID
Once you've reset the password you should be able to login and cancel under Manage My Account -
I have tried to install Creative Cloud but I just get a blank white screen with a black Creative Cloud bar at the top. There are no options to choose 'Apps' etc. Can anyone help?
What happened yesterday may have been caused by the SOPA protest action that was joined by a lot of sites yesterday and such an action won't happen that often.

I want to change my plan from Photoshop to the student version of Creative Cloud - I can't get anyone through live chat and no way of contacting customer support. Does anyone know how to contact adobe?

I removed Creative Cloud but I still get pop-ups asking me to log in....why and how do I get rid of it?
Looks like you didn't uninstall; you just logged out. Go to the Windows Control Panel, Programs and Features (in Win7; may be different in your version of Windows). right click on each Adobe CC app you want to uninstall and select "uninstall". Then uninstall CC itself.

I've down loaded the new version according to Creative Cloud but when I try to launch the app the window appears saying there is a new version, so I click on download now and it crashes. What's happening and what should I do? Thanks.

Hi When going from Develop module to print module a white boarder appears on screen which also prints via my epson r3000 printer. I can get round this by exporting photo to Elements and printing from there but can i get rid of the boarder and print from lightroom?
In the printer driver (accessed through the Page Setup button) set the Advanced tab to borderless. Then in the right hand panel under Layout set all the margins to zero.

I've deleted all the CC apps from my computer and re-istalled CS6 but can't get rid of the Adobe CC sign-in. It appears every time I launch a CS6 app.
YOu did not properly deactivate your CC. Delete the SLstore and PCD folder stuff.

I bought my ipad in us, and has been using a pre paid card in purchasing applications. Now i already went back to bahrain, i am trying to purchase apllication using my bahrain credit card but it cannot get through as the default country is USA.
I tried to change my country but a message says i have a store credit balance and must spend it before changing store. But how i can spend it i only have 8 cents left?
So how will i be able to purchase applications if i am in bahrain?You can try again after a few hours after waiting and you still get the same error, you'll need to contact support.

Want to use I cloud but can't open primary email address for verification process
Hi there, it's my first time to join the Apple community eventhough I have used Ipad for about two years I guess, n have loved it since then.
Well, I have problem, I want to use I cloud, but I can't as I have to give verification first by following the instruction from Apple which has been sent to my primary email address. The problem is, I have been unable to open my primary email address because I seldom use it. I use my rescue email address for all my email communication, instead. My question is: Is there any email address of the support staff because I want the staff to send the instruction for my verification through my rescue email address?
I have looked up the support page, though, and submitted question which I thought it was the best solution: I want to change my primary email address ( to the rescuer email address) but I was refered to the page " expresslane" which should have been the most convenient way, because all I had to do was just call n talk to the support staff. However, since I don't live in the US, but in a foreign country, talking on the phone is not convenient for me.
I would really appreciate it if any one can help me with this because I can't wait to use I Cloud. Thank you.

PS: sorry, I didn't fill out the operating system information n other details because I don't remember it n didn't try to check it out as I was afraid I might lose this message n have to retype all over again.Suzy this usually means your apple id primary email address was not verified when you setup your apple id. What you will want to do is go to appleid.apple.com and try and log in under manage your apple id, if it tells you its sent a verification email you can change that email to something else by clicking edit (this cant be your rescue email though) once done a new email should be sent that you can verify and then use icloud. Hope this helps

and all of his music has disappeared from the iPhone and from the iTunes library! Luckily he does have music still stored on his iPod, but I can't get it from the library on his iPod back to the phone or to itunes.Please help, but technophobe so put it in simple english please!
Sounds like the music you had on your phone was not the same music on his computer. The iPhone/iPod touch is not designed to be a storage device. When you sync with a computer that doesn't have your music, it deletes your music from your phone.
Was this music you purchased from iTunes? if so, and you are in the US, tap on itunes app, tap updates, tap purchased and tap on the cloud icon to get each song back. If you're not int he us, get iOS5 update later this week and do the same.
But you need to move your itunes library to his computer. Create a user account on his macbook pro for you. From your external drive backup, load your itunes library on it. Then sync as usual! (Don't tell me you don't have a backup for your computer!) -
How do add a caption to a a photo? I can get it at the top of screen but can't get it onto photo?
You'll need an app for that. Search the App Store for captioning photos.
