    melucka, The CC was purchased ON 28TH November 2013, I can cancel the CC but it will attract a cancellation fee of 29.985 Euros.
    Please confirm about the cancellation fee, if you agree then I shall proceed with it.

    Does anyone else have access to your account and/or devices that might be making them ?
    If you can't work out where they are coming from then you could contact iTunes support and ask them for help (we are fellow users here on these forums) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
    If they aren't showing on your account's purchase history then you should also contact your card issuer.

    Kmrnyu, the order placed by you is still under transaction,  the order stands canceled.
    As soon as the order is complete I shall get it canceled & refunded.

    Problem: If your son uses a different Apple ID (account) will void all the apps you shared on his iPhone. He has to buy all those apps again.
    Solution: You can have the same Apple ID for purchasing but he uses a different AppleID for other Apple services like FaceTime, iMessage, Game center etc.
    To get a new Apple ID, your son needs an e-mail address (GMail from Google, HotMail from Microsoft and many free alternatives).
    Verify that this new email is working (Most e-mail can be viewed using the browser).

    If you go to the Adobe Cloud login page you can reset your password by clicking on forgot password—all you need is the email address you used to subscribe:
    Adobe ID
    Once you've reset the password you should be able to login and cancel under Manage My Account

    I have tried following the instructions for canceling my 12 month subscription to creative cloud (I am currently in the last month), but when I click on the link "Cancel this plan", I get the message:
    If you cancel your plan, you will lose access to certain features of your Creative Cloud membership, including certain applications, a higher level of services, and additional cloud storage. At the end of your current paid month, June 13, 2014, your membership will revert to a free membership, and you'll be billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation, as outlined in our billing terms.     So, what hoops do you expect me to jump through in order to actually cancel my subscription?

    I have a membership with Creative Cloud and would like to add Captivate because I want to get into eLearning. Unfortunately that is not possible as far as I'm aware because Captivate is not available in Creative Cloud. So I'd like to switch my accounts from Creative Cloud to Captivate eLearning Suite 6.1. I don't want to keep both since it would duplicate the Adobe products I currently use, such as Photoshop, Flash, and Acrobat. Is it possible to switch my present account to Captivate eLearning Suite? Or do I need to cancel one, then sign-up for the other?

    many thanks for your help.
    I tried your steps, but i have no success. After i launch Photoshop in step four, the EULA dialog popus up. I can then use Photoshop. But after i close and reopen it, the dialog extend my membership is shown up.
    If i then click on "License this software" it can use Photoshop until i close it. The message is "Creative Cloud membership is active now ...."
    I tried also the button "retry" then a message shows up "Thanks, your abonnement for Adobe Photoshop CS6 is active. You can click on next ...". Then the dialog extend my membership shows up again and i can't use Photoshop.
    Sorry for the translation of the dialogs, i use the german version, so i don't know the exact words in English.
    I think i have to contact Adobe support or cancel my new membership in the next days.

I am now wanting to subscribe to the online creative cloud with my cs3 discount. Is there any way to find / prove that I had purchased cs3 and locate a serial number? On my Adobe account it does not show my purchase of cs3 (I am guessing because of the trouble with registering my serial number). I have moved house 3 times since the purchase and am unable to locate the packaging or disk. Is there any way to prove my purchase without any serial number or showing under my Adobe account?     The CS3 discount offer is only for retail online product, it does not include education or volume license purchases. Refer to Terms and Conditions | Adobe
    To check whether you had retail CS3 purchase, we need proof of purchase as well as serial number, without which the issue can not be resolved.
