The Adobe PDF Pack, Annual purchased in the month of June 2014 has been cancelled & refunded partially with an amount of 74.99$.

No response.  I am ready to call my credit card to dispute the charge, as I have left with no options. Any suggestions?

    I purchased the paid PDF product in order to add password protection to existing PDFs or docx, but I still don't see an option for how to add it. I tried creating Docx and then creating PDF- but never got the option to add a password or security of any kind.

    I've checked your account; what you purchased was a subscription to Acrobat Pro. (If you got PDF Pack, we don't have record of that subscription under the email address that you use here in the forums).
    When you subscribe to Acrobat, it does show that the subscription is charged monthly and that an annual commitment is required:
    And, while I can cancel an Acrobat.com subscription, I can't cancel an Acrobat Pro annual subscription for you. Please Contact Customer Care via phone or chat.
