I want to cancel my annual MUSE membership.

Hello, over 3 month ago, I just done with my personal website project and I want to disable or cancel my annual membership.
Now, I don't want to pay for this moment and whenever I need, I will pay another plan for next project.

    language edition page.

  • I cancelled my annual cloud membership today but I'm still being charged in full.

    I cancelled my annual cloud membership today with one month remaining. The service agent told me that he would cancel my membership and I would be charged half for the remaining month. I received an email stating "Since we were unable to bill the payment method on file, your subscription to Creative Cloud has expired and we have deactivated the paid features on your account. If you did not intend to cancel and wish to reactivate your subscription, please update your billing information".  but a few hours later received another email saying that "We received your payment for your Creative Cloud Membership (one-year)" the payment was for my regular monthly charge that I get every month. How c an I be sure that I am cancelled.
