    Is there a email or phone number to contact customer support to CANCEL my creative cloud membership?   On the webpage, to cancel my membership it sends me in circles and only leads me to the forums!!!!!??????   I just want to CANCEL my membership!!

    ...and find it incredibly difficult to make any progress on what should be a really essential task.
    Really Adobe? This is the best you do, an endless loop of Web pages and VM mail trees?
    I haven't used Creative Cloud.
    I signed up for a test account, just to see what it was about, it was not for me.
    And now, I don't want to use it, but somehow am getting charged $49/month for something I have never used.
    Can I please quit Creative Cloud, and how does one do that, in an easy way?

    You can simply uninstall your applications of Creative cloud as the trial is valid for 30 days only.

    I'm all out of money right now and I want to know if I can temperarily cancel my creative cloud until I'm financially stable again next month and come back to it afterwards. Also, if I plan on cancelling it now, I won't have to pay the upcoming bill on 2/27 until I'm financially stable next month, right?

  • Can I cancel my creative cloud plan but keep typekit?

    Is it possible to cancel my creative cloud plan but maintain my current typekit account?
    I've had my Typekit plan since before Adobe purchased them, once I signed up for Creative Cloud the plans were combined.
    I now no longer need my CC account but I still need to maintain my Typekit account in order to continue to support existing websites.
    I can't find any info on this as a procedure or any obvious was of achieving this through the CC interface.
    Any help much appreciated.

    We're happy to hear that you want to keep using Typekit! It is possible to change your account to a standalone Typekit Portfolio plan, but takes some assistance from our engineering team right now. 
    I think I have just replied to a support email from you, but if not: please send the Adobe ID that you use for Typekit to [email protected] so that we can get this taken care of for you.

    You can cancel the Photography CC & stop paying for it, once you buy the complete buying the Complete CC, please provide me the order number by inboxing me privately, I will get the old Photography CC canceled without any cancellation fee.

    After the October charge is processed I can cancel the membership which means it won't renew after November 27th but you'll still have full access until then.
    Let me know if you want me to do that.
