I want to cancel my membership. I did not order it, did not ask for it and will not pay for it. It is impossible to reach you and I am done trying. I have spent over 30 minutes trying. If you do not cancel IMMEDIATELY.

Help! I have an iPod Touch 5th generation with iOS 8.1 that I just purchased two days ago. I am of the early 70's generation and this is all new to me. I have wifi at home because i have a laptop. Hey Evawantsin, turning off Wi-Fi as suggested by Illaass will do the trick, but how are you connecting to your stereo? If it uses Wi-Fi, then you need to turn the Wi-Fi on for music sessions. If through Bluetooth your fine, or do you use a physical connection like a dock, USB to lighting cable or do you just plug in through the headphone port with a patch cable? Also, you can down load the iPod Touch Users Guide for iOS 8 for free from iTunes. It will answer most questions, or at least point you in a direction. Hope this helps. Good luck, Cheers.

I have tried with an Ipad Air and Ipad using Op System 8.0.2 to mirror their contents to the screen of my Samsung Flat Screen Flat TV via the latest make of Appletv.I have spent over 2 hours going through all settings etc with Apple Customer Service Live Chat.They cannot find or replicate the problem and says it is all working fine.My TV screen displays, when i go into mirroring, "ready for connection - on your device launch Allshare Cast".Nothing happens although i have agreed with Apple Support that all settings are on and are correct.Can anyone help please, as Apple Support cannot?

2nd day w/my ipad2. Have spent 5 hours trying to get my ipod music to play on the ipad..it has been downloaded and synced. When I click on itunes , I get a window that says "Apple mobile device service is not started." I get music symbol when click ipod.

Years ago when researching our very first cell phones, Verizon had the best coverage in our area, and comparable pricing to the other carriers, so we went with Verizon. Over the years I have compared pricing, and for what we have and need, Verizon still comes out even with or better the other carriers available to us, so we stay.
So, your friend would need to decide if the termination fee from his/her current carrier is worth the cost of switching. It's a pretty subjective and personal decision, what works for me or you may not work for your friend. -

I recently was unable to watch a movie I purchased & paid for because my credit card was out of date. Surely you cannot take access to items I have purchased away from me if I do not own a credit card? Does this mean that I will no longer be able to view purchases if I decide to cancel my credit card. If this is the case, I will not be purchasing movies from iTunes again

If you have a credit card on your account then it will need to be valid. If you don't have a card to replace it with then have you tried removing it from your account ? On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link.

Files you save don't disappear, even if you no longer have the software that created them. They're right where you saved them.

I have been trying to edit my Book and have worked three days trying to save the edits. Every time I leave the LR Program, and return to it, my edits are unchanged. The Adobe instructions say to Save the Book by clicking on the Preview, then Create Book dialog box, then name the Book, and click Create. Every time I do this I have a new name in the left panel with nothing in it for photos. I am frustrated...please help. I am sure I am doing something stupid.
