I want to cancel my membership to creative cloud but it wont cancel it.

how can I cancel my Creative Cloud membership, when all I'm told is contact us. When no contact details are given.

melucka, The CC was purchased ON 28TH November 2013, I can cancel the CC but it will attract a cancellation fee of 29.985 Euros.
Please confirm about the cancellation fee, if you agree then I shall proceed with it.

no, that's incorrect.
you can activate on 1 mac and 1 pc, or 2 pc's, or 2 mac's, concurrently.
i have cc installed on 2 pcs and 1 mac. i can only activate 2 at any one time which works well for me because my pcs are at home and my office and i use them most of the time.
but when i travel i take my macbook so i just deactivate one or both of my pcs (uninstalling is not needed) and sign in to my macs cc app.

I want to purchase a license for Creative Cloud but I want to use the programs on my laptop and ipad.

I'm interested in the PS and Lightroom programs for both my laptop and ipad. Do I have to purchase them twice in order to use them on both devices?

LR mobile is part of your CC subscription. Otherwise none has much to do with the other. per se there is no CC for iPad, but there are some complimentary apps that can work with an existing CC account, mostly by exchanging data via the web storage/ sync feature.

Cancelling is something that requires contacting support in sometimes though, normally hitting the "Still Need Help" button should give chat and phone options when available or list available times when not.
What browser were you testing from? You might try a different one just in case.

I am now wanting to subscribe to the online creative cloud with my cs3 discount. Is there any way to find / prove that I had purchased cs3 and locate a serial number? On my Adobe account it does not show my purchase of cs3 (I am guessing because of the trouble with registering my serial number). I have moved house 3 times since the purchase and am unable to locate the packaging or disk. Is there any way to prove my purchase without any serial number or showing under my Adobe account? The CS3 discount offer is only for retail online product, it does not include education or volume license purchases. Refer to Terms and Conditions | Adobe
To check whether you had retail CS3 purchase, we need proof of purchase as well as serial number, without which the issue can not be resolved.

You're correct, when you get a membership to Photoshop CS6 by itself it is the standard version, versus with Creative Cloud membership it is the Extended version. I didn't find this written out anywhere. I did notice when I clicked the Photoshop picture from here http://www.adobe.com/products/creativesuite/cssubscription.html it took me to the Photoshop standard product page versus here it does say Extended http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/tools.html and links to the Extended product page.
Where are you seeing this "Learn More" link that takes you to the wrong place (Extended page)? Can you post a screen shot?
This seems like something that should be called out on the first subscription page and here http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/faq.html#subscriptions
I'll see if its possible to get something added and possibly change this Learn More link once I get more info.
