I have placed my order 2 hour ago and i sent an email to cancel my order after 30 minutes that i have ordered it.
Can you please really try to cancel my order before it is shipped or processed as i want to save all the work to refund.....

    I'm sorry you haven't been able to cancel your orders as you would have liked. Per BestBuy.com, in most cases, items for shipping can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order. In your most recent order, it had begun processing within an hour, after which even our moderators or BestBuy.com representatives are unable to cancel it. I see that it was delivered today. As poprex911 stated, you'll get your refund quickest by taking it to your local store with your order receipt, credit card and ID - this usually reflects in your account within 2-3 business days - or you can mail it back and your refund will be processed once it is received.

    Here is the issue:
    I tried to buy Premiere Pro but when I submitted an order it didn't process automatically - it said I had to wait until "working hours" for it to be processed.  And then I had an email saying it would be dealt with in 24 hours.  It has not been.  So then I was directed to a forum to cancel my order?
    Your storemanager email address does not work!
    Shocked at how bad this set up is for a company such as Adobe....
    HOW do I cancel my order?

    which then just gave me the option of the forum.  Now it has given me chat options also (perhaps as it is not a weekend?)

    I downloaded a free game app named : 'Flow' and at a certain level they ask for payment in order to continue.
    I agreed to buy at first site then i noticed that my card expired
    I d not want this app anymore, i Uninstall it from my iPhone.
    The Problem is, I'm getting error on my apple id: You have a billing problem issue
    I entered itume with my account/ Purchase History and clicked on the Report Problem link of the Order.
    But still till now did get any answer, netheir any feedback

    Well, of course you can't find how to do this. As apps are generally non-refundable. You buy them, and it's yours now.
    But you can check with iTS and may get lucky if you haven't abused anything.
