I purchased adobe photoshop elements 12 on January 15, 2014. The program was downloaded to my computer. I find the program difficult to access. I want to cancel the order. Please contact me so this can be done.

    Sometimes your windows serial number might work in MAC version but this is not always the case.  You can try downloading the trial version of MAC version and then see if your serial number works.  If it does then there is no need to return anything IMHO.

    You probably cannot get a refund, since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

    It's possible they'll make an exception for you, particularly if the app is defective in some way. If you just don't like or no longer need the app, a refund is unlikely.

    I can not run disks on computer to load software.  This is unusual as I have not had problems before although most Daobe had been directly downloaded from the internet in the past.  I have the set of five disks for Adobe Elements and Premiere 10 but they will not load into computer through my dvd drive.  Computer is a Toshiba Satellite operating normally.  I have a downloaded version 10 of Adobe Elements already on computer and I wanted to add Adobe Premiere which is part of the set of disks.
    Would appreciate info on how to load program for use.

    I concluded my one-year subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud and I contacted customer support and they canceled my subscription and they tell me that there will be no charge for canceling because I concluded my full year.
