How on earth do you contact someone to cancel Skype and a subscription.  I did manage to cancel the payment for the account I hope.  But I can not find where to send an email to cancel my subscription and account.  This is the hardest site I have encountered to find information.My account is betty.chappell2 and I have not used any minutes on it at all.

To do this, click the option to terminate the contract in addition to the subscription in question. The subscription is then valid until the next due date for fees. After no more usage charges will be collected. If you want to set the service and your account with immediate effect, please contact the Adobe Customer Support Department.

    This is a user to user forum, so no one here can really help you.
    Did you get the sub through an app? If so, that app should have a support page or a way to contact them. Their support page should also have a FAQ that would cover cancelling your sub.

    You should be aware that anything created with CC/CC2014 can only be accessed with Adobe Acrobat/Reader, and only if saved with PDF Compatibility. You can only work on with it if you renew the subscription (temporarily) or if you downsave to a CS version that you have.

    You need to cancel the present CC (in case of repurchase the cancellation fee can be waived off) & repurchase the plan that you want.

    What part of your money do you hope to get back?  It is surely unlikely that you'll get a return on any part used months, and as far as I know, you can only pay a month at a time.  Did you agree to a full year subscription to get the reduced rate? 
    I saw some stuff on the TV news last night, about some people going to live on Mars - for ever!  If you are intending to breach your contract with Adobe, you better try and sign up PDQ, and hope...    if you are lucky....  that Adobe does not have an interplanetary legal department!
