My iPhone 4s is stuck on a black screen that shows a USB cable connecting to iTunes. Your iPhone is in recoverty mode at the moment so to possibly get it back up and running you would need to do a restore as you have been trying. Follow the steps in the article below for the specific error messages you have been receiving. If after following all steps the issue remains book an appointment at a local Apple Retail Store to have the iPhone evaluated.

I plugged my Iphone 4s in my computer last night to sync and it asked me if I wanted to do an update, so I clicked to start the update. When I woke up this morning my phone is frozen with the display having the blue circle itunes on the top and bottom of screen has the charger cord, letting me know to plug in, but it was already plugged in. The message in Itunes says, itunes has detected an iphone in recovery mode. You must restore the phone before you can use it. I know if I hit recovery mode that I lose everything currently on my phone. Any suggestions?

I don't usually have a problem syncing my ipone4 but today I am getting a message on my Mac saying my phone is in recovery mode. My iphone is frozen with an illustration of the connector and itunes.
Legitimate unlocking does not require the original carrier's SIM after restoring the phone. So maybe something went wrong, for which you should contact Orange. Or maybe you didn't do the unlocking through Orange.

I lost my phone this evening.
It's late and I do not have access to another phone to call Verizon, so I figured I could log onto the website here and report my phone stolen...
but NO the website is not working!
I sign in and when I click on any of the links such as BILLING etc., it says 'the information is not available at this time', and up at the top of the screen, after I log in it says 'Welcome, null' instead of my name!
So what am I supposed to do?

Is this a bug? or someone else experiencing this. I had a lot of problems since I updated to 8.1.1.. and I thought it will make my phone fast. It freezes most of the time especially switching from one app to another app and i have to manually reboot my phone every time this happens..
perform basic troubleshooting: Restart (turn off), Reset all settings, Repeat, Restore.

Error 9 pops up when trying to restore Ipod 5. The problem seems to be that my ipod disconnects during the restore process. My ipod is stuck in restore mode so I can't access its update serever. I have already updated my pc and its security settings. Is there anything else i can try?

My phone is not showing up in itunes. I want to sync it. I have a MAC and I have restarted the phone, it's charged, I have the most current version of itunes. What do I do now? It says to reinstall itunes if you have windows but not for mac. Help!
With your phone plugged in, open Image Capture and see if the iPhone shows up. If not, you are having a sync problem. If it shows up in Image Capture, but not iTunes, I'd delete iTunes and reinstall it.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't quite get the device going again, I recommend restoring the device.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over four hours but keep going round in circles, the hyperlink takes me back to the pages I have viewed already. i have been unable to contact anyone as it says that the Chat line if off line and the office is closed so I can't ring. I want to cancel immediately but when I click the cancel subscription pop up it gives me hyperlink but no options to cancel.
