I want to cancel my subscription

Hi dear,
I try to cancel my subscription but their is no option shown fir cancel and as wel i want to delete my bank card details but when i try to delete card then they ask frist delete your subscription but didn't find it from where i cancelled my subscription please help me so that i will cancel or delete my subscription and bank card details

Hi Jashon22,
You should be able to resolve both of these issues  through the "My Account" function (https://secure.skype.com/portal/overview). You will need to sign in using your Skype name and password to access this page.
Your active subscriptions should be shown to the left of the page under your profile picture. In order to manage your stored payment method, click the "billing information" option under the heading "Billing and Payments" then select the "stored payment details".

         Is there a phone number to the 'payments and billing' department?  Please list it.  
         There seems to be no way to cancell Skype once you suscribe to it. Is there a way? 
         I do not want skype anymore.  Why can't you cancell my subscription when I have asked you several times to do this?  
         I want skype to quit billing my credit card for payments.  
         This is beginning to seem criminal.

    The HT4098 page that you posted from has instructions for stopping iTunes auto-renewing subscriptions, do they not work ?
    e.g. if doing it on your phone then go to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on it and tap on your id, and then tap on 'sign in' on the popup to log into your account and view your account's details. Scroll down to the 'Manage App Subscriptions' section and tap on it :
    To turn off auto-renewal:
    From your Manage App Subscription page, choose an app subscription. 
    Tap the subscription category for which you want to disable auto-renewal.
    Tap On to toggle the switch to Off.

    You need to talk to Office 365, whoemever you bought that sub from.
    This is a user to user forum, so no one here can really help you.
    Did you get the sub through an app? If so, that app should have a support page or a way to contact them. Their support page should also have a FAQ that would cover cancelling your sub.

    I see that you have an Acrobat Pro subscription. To cancel that, please Contact Customer Care. Choose Acrobat from the top drop-down menu, and then choose Membership, Account, and Payment. Click the blue "Still Need Help?" button at the bottom of the page to find both phone and chat options.

    You need to cancel the present CC (in case of repurchase the cancellation fee can be waived off) & repurchase the plan that you want.
    Please let me know if you would like to go for cancellation of the present CC via personal messaging.

    You have posted the request to cancel your CC subscription twice in forum, in another post of yours I had requested for your confirmation to cancel the CC purchased on September 2013. Since you have requested it again, hence I have cancelled the CC, you will not be billed again however you can use it till October 16th 2014.

    Oh, I see! You purchased your subscription through the App store, that's why Adobe doesn't have record of it. You need to go through the App store to cancel/refund your subscription.
