I downloaded the student photography pack thinking Premiere Pro was included
How can I cancel or simply just change to a subscription with Premiere in it?

What password are you talking about? What did you reset?
When updating to iOS 7 the process will ask you to set up a four digit passcode as a security feature. If you created a passcode there then that is what you are being asked when you first turn on your iPad or when you wake it from sleep after an Autolock. If you cannot remember or do not know your passcode take a look at this Apple support page:

If they are running 10.6.1, they have not updated their computer in almost two years and regardless of iTunes, they really should update.
The posted system requirements have been flaky in the past. A few versions of iTunes required 10.4.11 or 10.5.6 or later. Don't kow if it would not work with 10.5.0 through 10.5.5 but the way it was worded, implied it would not but IIRC, it did actually work

iTunes won't let me buy from my original country as the credit card is invalid in that country. When I try to change the country it keeps reverting back to the original country. How do I change the country without opening a new iTunes account?

I usually use my home computer to purchase music/audiobooks and then put them onto my iphone, but today I bought an audiobook on my office computer from itunes and when I try to put it on my iphone it won't let me unless I erase my current Itunes library that's on my iphone. If you have a computer, try to setup ePrint on the computer and see if you encounter the same problem. If getting error messages on one browser; try a different browser. You did not buy an unlocked iPhone. Only Apple themselves sell unlocked iPhones in most countries. Your iPhone locked to the first carrier used. Only Virgin could authorize unlocking of your iPhone, and if they will not, there's nothing you can do. Sell the iPhone to someone who can use it with Virgin and buy a truly unlocked iPhone from Apple.
