I want to change my ext. hd .

I currently have a toshiba ext. Dr with my cataloges. I purchased a 2T WD essentials and formatted for Mac Lion and cloned my existing drive to it. what is the procedure to have Lr recognize the new drive? I tried giving it the same name as the existing drive, this did not work. My Toshiba keeps dissapearing from the desktop when I wake up my imac or other times whenI hide or quit Lr.

Changing java.ext.dirs property

I am having trouble with the system property java.ext.dirs. I want to change its location. The name suggests (dirs) that it will accept multiple directories. The reason I want multiple directories is to be able to use the jars in the default location as well. But it doesn't work and gives the following error:

Is there any way I could add another directory instead of replacing the default one.
Also, I have to manually create a directory if I want lib/ext to point at another location. Is there any way to tell jre to create the directory if it doesn't already exist.

I would like to have this available to all components of the system without me having to add the "-D" flag to each JVM launched.
I already have a script that defines JAVA_HOME and alike on system startup using /etc/profile.d and I would like to add to that my custom ext definition, something like export JAVA_EXT_PATH="/opt/MyProduct/java-ext"

Is your phone still covered by warranty? If so, go to your nearest Apple store and depending on what happened, this may or may not be covered by warranty. If it is, then you can get a replacement exactly as the phone you already have.
If out of warranty, then there is nothing you can do and you'll have to pay.

We currently have the following wireless home-network configuration, powered by Verizon DSL.
2 macbook pro’s
1 emachine
HP PhotoSmart 6122 all-in-one printer
Apple TV
Apple Airport Extreme Base Port A 1408
Westell 7500 router
Thinking I’d get wider wireless coverage throughout my 2 bedroom home, I purchased the Airport Extreme. It is connected to the router via its sole usb port. The result was only a tiny increase in speed, and no increase in coverage, so I don’t know why I have it.
We now want to change from DSL to cable, thus ditching Verizon. Our new cable provider supplies the cable box, but no router for wireless networking.
Here are my questions.
Can I use the Airport Extreme (AE) as a wireless router?
If so, how should I hook it up? Should the usb cable go from the AE to the cable box, and all the other devices connect wirelessly?
If not, how should I be using the AE to some advantage? What can I get out of the investment?

What I wrote has nothing to do with what the cable company charges for their installation. And, usually they will help with the router setup even if you supply your own router. I don't know what they will charge for the modem.
Note that you need to get just a modem. You don't want a modem/router combination. That will make using an AEBS effectively nearly impossible. You will need to ask specifically for just a standalone modem, and that you will supply your own router.

I also had some apps downloaded in the Japan itunes store and I am not able to update these apps.
I want to change my account back to the Japan store since I want to update these apps without wiping the application data.
I have tried changing the country/region under the account session, but it will not let me unless I put in credit card information, which I do not possess.

I'm trying to change email address on my Apple ID since the email registered for the account has been hacked and I can't access it anymore. The email I want to change to is connected to another Apple ID I created about 4 years ago, though I successfully changed the email on that account as well. So the email I would like to use for my main Apple ID shouldn't be "locked" anymore.
Though, when trying to change the email on my Apple ID I get an error message (in Swedish, so this is a direct translate from google): "This e-mail address is your email address for notification. It can not be used as the Apple ID or primary email. Choose a different address."
I'm not really sure what this means or how I can fix this. The email address is connected to my Ipad and Iphone for the email app, can that have anything to do with it?
If it makes any difference, I updated both my Ipad3 and Iphone4 to ios 7 today. I'm trying to change from my Macbook air though.
Please advise, would really appreciate a reply ASAP.

It means exactly what it says... The email Address is in Use. You cannot re-use it.

I have a problem that user feed 50-60 documents ( Sale order & delivery ) with wrong payer. Now we want to change payer and shift credit limit data ( open sale order , open delivery ) from old payer to new payer is any option for this.

Ideally in your case, you may have to delete the delivery documents and then recreate the deliveries after updating the payer in the sales order. This is because the source for the partner function in Delivery will be mostly updated as "from sales order" and hence it is not possible to change the payer in the delivery document.
In this case, you have to first find out the relevant delivery documents and delete them
Then you can change the partners in the sales order
Finally you can recreate the delivery documents.
However I would request you to do the following test before following this.
In the SO, change the payer without deleting the delivery. If the partner in delivery gets changed automatically then it is fine. You can ensure this by checking the delivery in DISPLAY mode.
If payer is not changing automatically then go to delivery in CHANGE mode and now check it. If the payer changes automatically now, you are spared with the pain of deleting and recreating deliveries once again.
If both of them fails, then the only way is to delete deliveries first, change payer in SO and then recreate deliveries.
This is applicable only if PGI is not yet done.

When I click on an email link on a webpage, my computer goes crazy. (Please note that links to other websites are fine.) My computer seems to want to link me to Internet Explorer, which I don't use often. The computer starts running very fast and hot. Sometimes, I get a multitude of identical error messages from Explorer, and it is often hard to delete them!
I thought maybe I could solve this by changing my mailto: client, but there is no link for Aol. Please help!

PS: Why am I still on AOL? I still use the first email address I got many years ago. Friends and clients know my email and use it to contact me. I don't want to change it.

I tried to follow the website instructions of
Tools -> Options -> Content / File Types -> Manage
but once I get to Content I am stuck. No Manage button. (there is nothing that says File Types)
What do you suggest?
