You might just have to contact Apple and ask them to remove it (losing it). Usually people clear a balance by buying one song and having the exact remainder charged to their credit card, but if you don't have a US credit card you cannot do that.

I am in the UK and I wanted to view an app but it said it was only available in US stores and it asked me if I wanted to change stores. So I stupidly chose yes so I could see the app. Terrible mistake. It was a rubbish app and I can't change my store back to the UK store, because of this, I cannot update my apps that aren't from the US store and it really frustrates me.
I've done what apple has said. Log out, sign in, change country/region to selected store but that didn't work. It said:
You have a store credit balance; you must spend your balance before you can change stores
What do I do?

Oh and I do not want to clear my balance, I have quite a lot left on there.

You must have a credit card registered to a valid address in the U.S in order to buy from the U.S. store. Do you meet that criteria? Are you visiting Thailand?

If you find that it is set to the correct region, log out of your iTunes Store account, restart your iPhone, and sign into your account again.
Note that you will need an account in the UK iTunes Store to use it.

I changed my country store from Spain to USA and tried buying a movie , yet get a payment declined error

i changed my country store from Spain to USA and tried buying a movie on my Apple TV, after I have also updated my billing information on the PC.
I get an error message " payment declined" update paymemnt information on PC and try again latter.
When i try again , i get another error message " unable to connect to Apple Store" try again latter. this sounds ridiculos, as i'm viewing all previws and everything else well.
How do i fix this ?

I understand that. And i have a USA credit card and a usa billing address, which i have updated my profile with, but still payments gets declines, and i kkw that the card is good an no issues with teh bank.
Any other Idea why ?

No. You can not purchase apps from a country other than your own.

Changing store from UAE to UK

IOS 7 update changed my itunes store from UK to UAE and I can't work out how to change it back again. All instructions to date seem to be for IOS 6.

i have used the above url and made changes to my OAF page, but i didn't get the desired output and its also giving as the above code output .
i kept OraBgGrayVeryDark in Css style in property inspector for every region including PageLayout and i also did some changes in cabo/styles/*.css classes.
eventhough it is picking the color upto footer level only and it is not applying for advanced table also.
can anyone please give your views in this..

Changed store from UK to US. Need to purchase everything again?

I recently moved from the UK to the US for my masters in Information Security.
Now that I've finally changed my store after a couple of weeks of hassle, disabling iTunes Match, I am unable to download any of the applications I've previously bought on my mac or on my iPhone. I understand this whole things, but can someone seriously answer a single question —
Do I need to buy every single application again so I can use my devices properly under the same AppleID account? I've invested a lot of money in my applications (and music) and it appears that all of it has gone down the drain. I can change the store to UK again and download my applications but I won't be able to update my applications succesfully as I would need to change to the US store one day.
This is very disturbing. Any one has anything regarding this?

I would recomend creating a new account for the states, I have 4 different accounts of the 4 different countries I have lived, I sign in and sing out with them, when an update is needed. 5 different accounts can be sync with a device, as far as i know.
