  • Configure sharepoint 2013 with Microsoft exchange 2010

    Hi,
I am want to configure SharePoint 2013 with Microsoft exchange 2010.
Please let me how can I integrate these server to Send/ Receive domain E-mails.
    Thanks,

For email integration there really isn't anything special about Exchange 2010 vs. any other mail server.  Check the links here on configuring Incoming and Outgoing mail in SharePoint:

  • Resetting iPad2 with new user info without losing current photos

Two years ago we purchased an ipad2 and my wife set up the email address as our daughter's name.  Now, our daughter has an ipad mini and uses the same email address.  I want to reset the ipad2 with my wife's information, but don't want to lose all of the pictures and some of the apps currently on the ipad.  How can I do this?

The iPhone is NOT a backup device. Please use the search function in the upper right. This is asked and answered several times a day.

  • How to configure the SSL with SharePoint Site

my site is running on http.
When we create the new website it will ask about "Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL): "
i have select the no and develop a site.
now i want to move it on httpshowever i want to configure this site with SSL certificate.. how can i move it to https?
any one help me how can i acess my site from https:// URL.
i have bought the SSL certificate.
    waiting.........
    its urgent.

I am also having an issue with adding and SSL cert to an existing site. I am also using a hostname vs the server name for the URL.  Here is what I have done so far:
    - Local MS DNS Entry (spsite.abccorp.com) point to the IP address of the SP server.
    - ensured the port 80 and 443 boxes are filled in in IIS for the "Sharepoint - 80" site.
    - Added Certificate to that IIS site, but did not make SSL required (so I could try both http and https without it barking).
    - Under the Alternate Access Mapping Section of SP, I changed the URL from http://spsite.abccorp.com to https://spsite.abccorp.com for the "Sharepoint - 80" Collection. I even tried just added the https url to the "Custom" area vs the "Default"
After I have done all this, I get "Page Can Not Be Displayed" when going to the HTTPS site but works fine for the HTTP.
    Any suggestions?

  • No networkconnection with IPv6

    Hi all,
I just configured our domaincontroller with an IPv6 address.
After that I enabled the IPv6 DHCP scope and configured the server to distribute IPv6 addresses.
It seems to work because all clients receive an IPv6 address but when I disable the IPv4 I lose connection with the network.
I configured our firewall with IPv6 as well, allowed IPv6 etc. ...
I also set a static IPv6 for our DC and fileserver but no result.
What I see is when I try to ping our DC from a IPv6 enabled client (with a failing network connection) I get a reply from the DC's IPv6 link-local address???
Pinging google outputs that it can not find the host.
Can anybody explain me what i'm doing wrong?
    Kindest regards,
    Stijn

    Yes, No problem at all.
Want to give one to wife.do I need to open a new iTunes account for her?
No - you can share the same iTunes account (my wife and I share the same account). But when you sync the iPads, just remember to select the correct content for her iPad and the correct content for your iPad.

  • I have an Ipod4, I want an Ipad2 with 3G, do I need a new ATT contract for the IPAd, or can they both work on the same account

I want to buy an Ipad2, but I do not want to open a new account with ATT.  Can I use the same account for the IPhone and the IPAD, will mails show on both?,

If you get/use WiFi only you can get on the web, get mail, text, and use icloud without a new account  with ATT; but when out of Wifi coverage you would need an upgraded (ie extra $ ) data account with your phone  (ATT in your case) provider.

  • I have a uk ipad2 with 3G and am going to the USA I want to get a micro sim from AT

I have a UK ipad2 with 3G and am going to the USA.  I want to get a micro sim from AT&T so that I can use 3G in the USA. My question is that I know that I will need to sign up for an AT&T account on my Ipad.
Do AT&T accept foreign credit cards so that I can do this?  I only have a european Visa/Amex credit card.
If they don't, is there any way that I can purchase a dongle in the USA and use a USB adaptor on my ipad2?
I appreciate any feedback - i have spoken to loads of people from Apple and AT&t but noone seems to know the answer.
    thanks

You need a US credit card with a US address.

  • I want to buy a iPad2 to go along with my mac desktop and iPhone, do I have to purchase the same apps. to put on my iPad

i want to buy a iPad2 to go along with my mac desktop and iPhone, do I have to repurchase the same apps. to put on my iPad?

You can use most of the apps that you bought for your iPhone on the iPad as well. Sometimes the apps are not optimized for the iPad's larger display. Sometimes the apps are limited to the iPhone and you must purchase a separate iPad version. As with your iPhone, Mac apps cannot be used on an iOS device.

  • Facing issue in HSRP configuration with IPV6

    Hi,
i am trying to configure hsrp with ipv6 and all command are running for hsrp excep this command standby 1 ipv6 2001::10/64
and i have also tried  standby 1 ipv6 2001::10, then showing error:- % invalid link-local address.
i have also configred  standby 1 ipv6 autoconfig then hsrp is not running
So i need help kindly help me anyone one this.

    Hi Daljitsinghtagore,
UPDATE:: I found this video from Cisco TAC, this will walk you through configguring IPv6 HSRP. I hope this helps
    https://supportforums.cisco.com/videos/2829
I have never configured IPv6 HSRP, so you will have to bear with me.
But something I do notice off the bat is that you are using the '2001::/64' address space.
Link local addresses are addresses local to that interface and are used to reach neigbors hence the name link local. these addresses beguin with fe80::/10 im pretty sure if you tried fe80::10 as the IPv6 address your router would accept it.
As soon as you run the command ipv6 enable under an interface
    e.g. router(config-if)ipv6 enable. - This enables a eui-64 link local address.
If you then do a 'sh ipv6 interface brief'
you should get an address starting fe80: this is your routers link loal address.
    See below snippet from Cisco
"The purpose of this document is to provide an  understanding of IPv6 Link-local address in a network. A link-local  address is an IPv6 unicast address that can be automatically configured  on any interface using the link-local prefix FE80::/10 (1111 1110 10)  and the interface identifier in the modified EUI-64 format. Link-local  addresses are not necessarily bound to the MAC address (configured in a  EUI-64 format). Link-local addresses can also be manually configured in  the FE80::/10 format using the ipv6 address link-local command.
These addresses refer only to a particular physical link and are used  for addressing on a single link for purposes such as automatic address  configuration and neighbor discovery protocol. Link-local addresses can  be used to reach the neighboring nodes attached to the same link. The  nodes do not need a globally unique address to communicate. Routers will  not forward datagram using link-local addresses. IPv6 routers must not  forward packets that have link-local source or destination addresses to  other links. All IPv6 enabled interfaces have a link-local unicast  address."

I will load up GNS3 later when I have some time to confirm.

  • I have an Ipod1 with 3G and an unlimited ATT plan.  I want to get an Ipad2 - can I swap SIM cards so that my unlimited service will automatically transfer to the new unit?

You don't actually swap the SIM card. For some reason, AT&T doesn't like you to do it that way.
    Go to:
    www.att.com/ipadlanding
edit payment information link...then update the following two fields:
    IMEI:
    ICCID:
You get this info from the iPad (1 or 2) select 'Settings' then 'General' then 'About'...
The IMEI and ICCID info is on that screen. No need to swap the SIM cards. This process outlined above transfers service instantly and does NOT change the plan type, billing, user info, or days remaining. Basically anytime an ATT customer wants to move a data plan the ATT iPad web page is all you need. No phone call!
It took me about 3 minutes and worked perfectly.

Hi, i have an iphone5 with one icloud ID, and a IPad2 with another Icloud Id, i want to unify both ID, how can I do?

Use the same ID on both. Be advised that downloads are forever tied
to the AppleID used to obtain them, and items from one ID cannot
    be transferred to another ID.
Use the ID with the most items you want to keep. Anything from the other
ID will have to be redownloaded with the preferred ID (if purchased, they
will have to be paid for again).

You can get Mifi devices (the iPad connects to it via wifi and they then give access to 3G networks). I've never used one and I don't know if they are available in Canada (and if so how much they would cost). If you have an iPhone then you could also use that as a mobile hotspot
