If you have PDF pack subscription you can avail all of the services like export PDF,create PDF & etc.
Otherwise you have to purchase every service individually.

Can you please tell me the way to covert a given decimal number into hexadecimal (for example 4 -> 04, 20 -> 14 etc) and also the vice versa.

This fm converts any decimal to hexadecimal, but not vice-versa.........

After that, the CAP file will be generated in the bin directory.

I want to convert from time-stamp to date in a column of my table.
The table contain 10 million records.Please help me out with the easiest way to proceed.

Add a date column to the table
run an UPDATE statement to update the date column from the timestamp column
mark the timestamp column unused (or drop the column)

That rather depends on what sort of number you want.
You can probably get what you want by a combination of to_char and to_number.

In the above query, we convert number to datetime.
Now I want to convert from Datetime to number.
i.e., 30/03/2010 11:48:29 = ? (40265.492)

Extract account Based COPA from R/3 using Business Object data services

Hello,
We have a requirement to extract Account Based COPA from SAP R/3 to Teradata using Business Objects data services.
I have read couple of white papers which give information on Rapid Marts( which are built in packages) already available for some applications like inventory, GL, AP, AR etc. But I could not find anything for COPA.
Would anyone give me any information on how to use BO data services for COPA?
Also if there is no rapid mart available for COPA, does anyone know how to create custom data marts in BO Data services?
Is there any document available on this?

The iPad and related software is designed to sync with only one computer. I suggest transferring the photos from one of your iMacs to the other so that all photos are on one Mac. Same for all other files you want to sync over.
To get those AppleWorks files to the iPad you'll have to determine if Pages will open them. If it will then use the file sharing feature of iTunes to copy them to Pages on your pad.
If Pages will not open the AppleWorks files directly you'll have to save them in some format that Pages will read. These include but may not be limited to Pages and Word formats.

I converted from a PC to a Mac Mini. I have my PC documents backed up on a DVD disk. I have an external DVD drive connected to the Mac Mini. I want to open them up and save them to the Mac, BUT....when I put the DVD disk in the Mac is NOT reading it!

Thanks for your quick response. I should add....it worked before. When I previously inserted the two DVDs into this remote drive, and I went into finder, I could click on the "remote device" line and see all my saved documents (excel, word, etc) on the DVD and open them on the Mac. Now I cannot see them, when I try to open them on the Mac, nothing happens, nothing is displayed. I just re-tested the remote DVD drive with a CD and, no problem, it opened up the CD via iTunes and I cold play the CD. SO......I know the remote DVD drive (it's an LG by the way) is fine, it's something to do with some settings on my mini mac,especially where I could open it previously. I do not remember changing any settings since then.
When I go into system preferences and click on CD/DVD it gives me options of how to open up a music CD (default is iTunes), a DVD (default is iMovie), etc. The problem is my DVD is all miscellaneious files/documents. I just want to be able to see them in the finder. I also tried to open them via microsoft word, from the remote disk and again, it could not open the drive, even though some of the documents were microsoft word documents. Again, I was able to open them previously and the DVD is not corrupted in any way.
Any additional advice?

pls. i can not use offsetting, replace, pattern, overlay, concatenate etc.

Replace all occurances of ',' in w_value with '.'.
