So you're already using this particular email for your current Apple ID programed into your phone?
Every new Apple ID must use a unique email, you can't create 2 Apple ID's with the same email account.

Then on her phone, turn off iMessage, FaceTime & delete the iCloud account...Settings>iCloud...scroll down...delete account. You'll be prompted to keep the data on the phone or delete it. It she wants to keep it, select keep. Then, setup iCloud using her new Apple ID, turn on iMessage & Facetime.
This will have no affect on the ID you both share for iTunes content, & you can continue to do so.

You can't delete an account, only iTunes Support can potentially do so, but you would lose all of the account's purchases if they do so - all downloads are tied to the account that downloaded them, they cannot be transferred to another account.

Yes, well I ignoratly created a second Apple ID when first setting up my MacBook, and when I go to the "My Purchases" in my Mac App Store, and it shows the apps I've uninstalled, and the apps that are available to update. When I tap on the update icon/text I get a drop down notice, telling me that I have other apps that can be updated using the Apple ID I used to purchase the *apps* in Mac App Store. As far as I am aware I have only used ONE Apple ID to purchase Mac Apps, iPhone Apps, and iTunes. I have tried MANY, MANY times to find my second Apple ID. So you are saying that you only ever used the old Apple ID to buy content on the iPhone and the Mac? You never used the new Apple ID to buy content for the Mac?

Enter the Email Address that you already have (like Gmail, Yahoo, MSN, Live, etc) but you have never used it for creating Apple ID before.
