I want to create an 'editable' custom stamp.

I want to create an editable custom stamp.
I can scan in my stamp image in the create custom stamp tool, no problem.
But I would like to make several editable fields: date, reviewer's initials, submittal number.
Anyone know how to?

You not only need to create a custom stamp, but you need to add dymanic form fields. See AUC Tutorials - Dynamic Stamps for more information.

I applied and received an upgrade code to Redeem Mountain Lion for my new MBP.
I get this message when I try to Sign in to the App Store after entering the redemption content code, and also if I just try to "Sign In".   The first part of the error is true - I haven't used the AppleID with the iTunes store.
I received the upgrade code using this same AppleID, so I don't think I can use a different AppleID.
I also tried to re-create this appleID...(it was one suggestion I saw for this issue) It doesn't let me since the ID already exists...

As for cookies. Quit the App Store. Now open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder.
Type this exactly as you see it here:   ~/Library/Cookies
Click Go the move the   com.apple.appstore.plist   file from the Cookies folder to the Trash.
Relaunch the App Store.

I don't wish to use the ones already present in the gallery. They do not meet my requirements. Therefore, I want to create/design my own screen layout for the responsive HTML5 output. Please let me know the steps to do so. How to create a SLZ file, what is the code that I need to write. What are the components that I need to create to have a complete screen layout to be used in a responsive HTML5 output.

That would require inline formatting and I doubt that is an option.
If I am following you, the header area is full width of the screen so I cannot see how it can be broader, Perhaps you mean deeper? A screenshot might help here. The change would be made in the layout.css file.
That would be a change in the layout.css.
I suspect that too is controlled by the layout.css.
To make the changes you would have to go into the layout.css and modify that. As you will see, it is a very complex CSS and that is why I said creating you own layout is not easy. Hopefully when Willam is available again, he may be able to give you some more specific information.
I think Willam will confirm that if you cannot read the existing CSS to make those changes, then creating your own skin would be beyond your capabilities. Please do not take any offence there, I am simply emphasising how complex a task it is to create a skin from scratch. It's not one I would take on.

Need to create a number of these, assuming there is documentation, but I can't find any.

There are aspects of dynamic stamps that are not documented by Adobe or explicitly explained in any official documentation. That's just the way it is and what makes Thom's book as valuable as it is. Dynamic stamps use JavaScript, which is documented in the SDK, but there are some properties that can be used with dynamic stamps that are not documented by Adobe, and certain behavior is not documented by Adobe. The book really is the most comprehensive reference available.
It is usually not recommended to rely on undocumented features, but in this case I would say there is little risk as there have not been significant changes since dynamic stamps were first introduced.

Creating Custom Stamp

Hello all.
I am working on Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard. I am trying to create a custom stamp of my signature. When I import my signature , it shows up perfectly (reading horizontally, like I want it), but when I go to insert the stamp , it is rotating it 90 degrees clockwise for some reason (reading top to bottom). I know I can edit the stamp and make it horizontal again (reading left to right) but that is quite a hassle considering I use the stamp 6-10 times a day. I would really like to insert the stamp and just print the page. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this or why the stamp is rotating.

I figured it out!
was having the same issue and it cost me half the morning at work.
when i was creating the stamp, i needed some comments and markups added and to "flatten it" i was printing it to PDF and then croping the page to the size i wanted and then importing it as a stamp. anyway, when i was printing to pdf, in the print dialogue box, in the section "Page Handling", the option "Auto-Rotate and Center" was checked, this was forcing my stamp to be centered and the page orientation to be landscape. For kicks n giggles, I unchecked it, the page orientation changed to Portrait and my stamp image went to the upper left. I cropped my result as I normally would, and upon creating the new custom stamp, it was right as rain. hope this helps!

Is there a way to use custom stamp packs in Line?

I love the UI stencils, and I'd like to create some of my own.

I was thinking that using Illustrator or Adobe Ideas for the stamp creation would make sense.
Possible workflow could be:

Hi all,
Can anyone please help me in this regard?
I want to create a new customer account group for a new customer( using T code XD01/VD01). Like say a new group called " Sold to Party Samuel" .How to do that?
I want to get the " Sold to Party Samuel" option in the drop down menu in the Account Group in the Customer create window which i get by using the T.code VD01 or XD01.
I have tried lots of tips from websites one of which I am stating below but none of that worked!! ->
Path:
(T.Code : OBD4) IMG - Financial Accounting - Master Records -Preparation - Define Account group- New Entries ,
then a window opens up with columns
Chrt/Accts |Acct Grp | Name|From Acc | To Acc .
Then i am clueless what to do?
And is this the way Account groups are created?

I would like to add a new dynamic stamp but cannot find out how to.

A simple way is to create a new custom stamp using the UI, and then make it dynamic by opening the resulting stamp file, adding one or more form fields, and the custom calculation script(s) that control the behavior. If you get stuck with any of these things, post again.

Custom Stamps in Acrobat Reader

I am in an office whereby I am the only person with the full version of Adobe Acrobat. Everyone else only has Acrobat Reader.
I've created many a custom stamp for myself to use and I find them very handy, however, I'd like to be able to create custom stamps for people to use and apply in pdfs they are viewing with just the Reader. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Creating TPR for customized table

I know how to create transport request for reports and smartforms and all.
But How do I create transport request for customized table ?
Is it thorugh SM30 ?

this depends on the Table maintenance dialog for the table. (utiliteis->table maint generator).
If it has the recording routine set as 'standard' then SM30 will automatically create a transport when you hit the save button after perfroming maint on the table.
For 'no, or user..' you will have to manually add entries to a transport.
Go to SE10. Display your transport. Double click on the development/correction line. Now you can see a list of objects belonging to the task. Hit the 'display/change' toggle button. Add an entry with program id R3TR and object TABU. Enter the table name in the object name. Double click opn the function icon to the right of the object name. Double click in the empty table key area. This pops to allow you to enter the keys you require to transport.

In "Edit" mode in the Contacts App, for any Contact, just tap on a label, scroll to the bottom where you will see "Add Custom Label"

Script to Insert a Custom Stamp/Annotation

I have created a new custom stamp and need to add a script to "Batch Processing" to insert this stamp on 1,000 drawings.
The sample script available from the JavaScript for Acrobat API Reference inserts a stamp from the "Standard" Stamp File.
The standard stamp file is located in the following directory:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 8.0\Acrobat\plug_ins\Annotations\Stamps\ENU\Standard.pdf
The script needs to be modified to insert a stamp from a custom stamp menu called "Doc Control" and the custom stamp name is "Received".
The actual file which contains the custom stamp is located in the following directory:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Adobe\Acrobat\8.0\Stamps\Doc Control.pdf
Please find below the script which needs revising to include the new custom stamp.

The AP property needs to be set to the Name of the stamp. When the stamp is created Acrobat automatically assigns it a stamp name. Not the name of the annotation when the stamp is placed, but a name for the stamp itself. See this article to figure out what this name is:

My customer wants to create hyperlinks in the editor - surely this is possible? And, if so, how?

My customer simply wants to create hyperlinks when adding content to her site; this doesn't seem possible within the Muse editing interface. It must be, surely? That's the most basic thing to do with a web page.

At current stage In browser editing does not includes hyperlinks , but that’s definitely a request we hear often. Unfortunately we can’t comment on what features are coming to Adobe Muse, but please know the team is listening!

Custom Stamp Orientation when created

ok, This is frustrating with a company like Adobe. I get a signature from a document, crop it from the document from the PDF. Save it as blah blah signature. Go to custom stamps, create custom stamps, browse for the signature.pdf I want, hit ok. Then when I go to us it I get a wonderful stamp that at 90 degrees!! No matter how I save the original pdf to make the stamp, it's always at 90 degrees....upside down, 90, 270 degrees, stamp comes out at 90. There's been no answer to this from others on the the same issues as far back as a year. I find this very frustrating....I have made stamps before and some how they came out correct, but now cannot get one without having to fix it.
This should not be that difficult....please! Any help would be greatly appreciated. I use signatures every day and this is very frustrating.

Yes, I am saving the signature as a pdf originally. I have some that worked in the past….the signatures I have are already in pdf. I crop them and then create the stamp from there.
