I WANT TO DELETE A TEMPLATE I MADE IN PAGES. HELP SAID TO FIND IT IN THE FINDER AND DRAG IT TO THE TRASH. I CANNOT LOCATE IT IN FINDER. CAN ANYONE ADVISE?

Your profile lists your OS as 10.6.6. If you've updated, you should change that listing.
To delete a custom template, switch to Finder.app where all deletion of files happens, and hold down the Command key while you click on the Go menu. Select Library.
In the Library folder, navigate to:
Application Support
IWork
Pages
Templates
My Templates
Select the template you wish to delete and drag it to the Trash or Control-Click and select "Move to trash".

How to delete duplicate templates in pages 09?

I want to delete duplicate templates from "My Templates" but can't. Tried to drag them to the trash bin but they won't budge. Can't find a delete command on the menu bar, either.

You can't delete templates or any file from within Pages, it's done from Finder. Pages stores those you created & saved as templates in (your account) > Library > Application Support > iWork > Pages > Templates > My Templates. The door to the user's Library is hidden in Lion but it is easy to open. In Finder, hold down the Option key while clicking on the Go menu & your users Library will appear about halfway down the list.

Not sure why one would want to delete a template?
You can close out the Template Chooser by hitting the red button.
If you go to applications>iWorks>Pages> and control click on the app>this opens PackageContents>>Contents>Resources>Templates
You can delete here. I would not advise it. I would have a back-up of your Pages.app or a system back-up incase something goes awry.

How do I Delete Tabs that I made in FireFox 4 (Not AP Tabs) but Regular TABS? I am in TEARS. Plz HELP!

I love Fire Fox. I Downloaded the latest version: Fire Fox (4). I went crazy adding Tabs to the top of my Browser (Like 20 different Tabs). If was a huge mistake... and now it is so slow... and crashes constantly. I should have stuck with Book Marks instead... or only a few Tabs... like 2 or 3. For some reason, Firefox is not forgetting the tabs that you close. This could be a problem with the [http://kb.mozillazine.org/sessionstore.js sessionrestore.js] file maintained by Firefox. Following steps would enable you to delete this file so that Firefox forgets about your open tabs and just opens your home page when you launch Firefox the next time: 
# Locate your Profile folder. See instructions in this article: [[Profiles#w_how-do-i-find-my-profile]]
# Quit Firefox by clicking on '''File''' menu and then '''Exit'''.
# In your Profile folder, delete files with names ''sessionstore.js'', ''sessionstore.bak'', ''sessionstore-1.js'', ''sessionstore-2.js'' etc.

To migrate your phone to a new account, start by saving any photo stream photos that you want to keep to your camera roll (unless already there) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow), then tapping Save to Camera Roll. If you are syncing notes with iCloud that you want to keep on the phone, you'll need to open each of your notes and email them to yourself so you can later copy and paste the text into new notes created in your new account. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account (which only deletes it from this device, not from iCloud; your other devices won't be effected by this), provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone (if using iOS 7) and choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted . Then sign back in with your new Apple ID to create your new account and choose Merge to upload your data to the new account.

All you have to do is this: Sync your 3GS to create a current backup. Then either: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings or restore it as a "New" device in iTunes. Both accomplish the same thing, erasing all of your data & settings from the phone. You can now give it to your sister, she can plug it into her computer, name it what she wants & sync her content to it. You then restore your 4S from the backup of the 3GS you created when you started. Follow this by syncing your content to your new phone & your 4S will look just like your 3GS.

Since you can't delete Apple IDs and having multiple Apple IDs can cause confusion, what you may want to do is rename your existing Apple ID to the new email (desired Apple ID). That would in effect do what you want, get rid of the old and give you the new.

Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
The Safari, Email and Notes applications are native to the iOS and is unable to be deleted. Since this is the case, they are either in a folder on the iPhone, on another page or Restrictions are enabled. You can also search for these Apps on the iPhone by touching the screen and sliding your finger down. Here is some information regarding these features. The information about folders is located in the user guide below.

I accidentally created a new template in the new Pages I want to remove it from My Templates. How do I do that?

Launch Pages v5.2.2, and choose new document. In My Templates, select the template you want to remove. Right-click on it, and from the contextual menu, choose delete. Now cancel your new document effort, and quit Pages.

Don't rely on iCloud to back up your pictures. It's designed to sync them to your devices, not back them up. Photo stream photos only remain in iCloud for 30 days, allowing your devices enough time to download them. But if you ever lose your device, or have to replace it, any photos older than 30 days will no longer be in iCloud to download.
To keep your photos, import them to your computer using your usb cable while they are still in your camera roll, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083. After importing them, you will be given an option to delete them from your device.

Deleting "My Templates"

I'm another newbie making a transfer out of the Windows world.... YAY! BUT... need a little help with Pages in IWork. Made a couple of "My Template" files. Want to delete them but can't figure out how to do it. Anyone?

In the Finder go to:
+Users > yourUserName > Library > iWork > Pages > Templates > My Templates+
Bizarrely if you create a folder, say called "Tim's Templates", inside Templates but just outside +My Templates+ it will appear in your Template Chooser as a folder of templates inside +My Templates+ so long as it contains some templates. If it doesn't contain some templates, it doesn't appear.
