I want to delete all old Apple IDs.

These old Apple IDs are linked to old email addresses that don't exist any more. When i try to delete old Apple ID it requests a password. I forgot that password. What do I do. The reason why I want to do this is because my iphone 4 cant be synced to my computer. When I sync it prompts me to auhorize the phone. which I already did.

It's a completely separate iTunes account, it's not the same account that you have since updated the primary email address on ?
You should be able to get the password reset by answering the account's security questions on http://iforgot.apple.com
If you can't remember your answers then Support in your country should be able to reset the password (and its security questions) : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security.
If you do contact iTunes Support/Apple and they agree to delete the account then you will lose access to all of the account's purchases and will no longer be able to potentially redownload them or authorise them on a new computer.

Photo Stream and Calendar will not sync to your new Apple/iCloud ID. They are tied to the old one. You cannot delete an Apple ID, all you can do is stop using it. However, the iCloud account associated with that ID and all of its contents will not be accessible using that new Apple/iCloud ID - two different accounts.
Also, any purchases you made with the old ID will remain tied to that old ID. They cannot be transferred to a different Apple account.
Your best bet is to go to Manage your Apple ID and change the email address for your existing Apple ID to whatever it is you want it to be (unless it is an Apple Domain email address - @me.com, @mac.com, etc.). However, if you have already used that email address for the new ID you set up, it won't be available to be used for your updated one: Apple - My Apple ID
If you want to use the email address you set up the new Apple ID with, you can contact Apple Support to see if they can delete that new account so you can use the email address you assigned to it:

If you are having issues signing off your old ID because you don't remember the password, you can reset that password by going to the first link listed above and clicking on Reset Password. If you don't remember the answers to your Security Questions, you can contact Apple Support at the second link posted above to have them reset.

If you updated your existing iTunes account then those apps will be linked to the updated version of your account (you may need to log out of your account on your iPad and then log back in for the account to be refresged on your iPad). If you created a new account then they will remain tied to your old account, and only that old account will be able to re-download them and download updates to its apps.

Go to settings, iTunes & App Store, tap on your ID, sign out, then sign in with your new information. You cannot delete an old ID, you just stop using it.

iTunes content you purchase is tied to the Apple ID used to download it. You cannot update from a different Apple ID. Also, these are public forums and Apple isn't here, so you posted your password for all the world to see. I'll ask the moderators to remove it.

If you erase the hard disk and you install a new Mac OS X copy, Time Machine will start a new backup and will stop using all backups you made in the past.
One option you have is to reinstall Mac OS X and restore a Time Machine backup, but restoring only some files: for example, instead of restoring everything, restore only your user files, and not your applications, so you will have more free space. Also, doing this, Time Machine will continue backing up to your old backup, because Time Machine will detect that you have "the same computer with the same files and the same Mac OS X version", but it's not.

Please do not delete any files from the HDD without having a current backup.
I'm not sure what you mean when you say you've "deleted all old libraries." Can you explain that?
If all you are wanting to do is empty the iTunes library of all music, video playlists, etc. the easiest way is to quit iTunes and, in the Finder, go to ~/Music/iTunes and simply move the .itdb, .itl and .xml files to the trash. Launch iTunes again and the library will be empty.
You should be prompted to add content, so you can let iTunes scan the HDD if you like.

Import the music on the external HD into iTunes. If you don't want iTunes to make a new copy of each track that is stored in your iTunes Media folder on your PC's internal HD, make sure the Copy files to iTunes Media folder when adding to library option is NOT ticked from under the Advanced tab of iTunes Preferences. Just remember that if you go this route, you'll always need to have your external HD plugged in before you start up iTunes.
