You can delete the actual iOS 8.0.2 update, itself, but you won't be able to remove the red ball notification and Apple's update notification in the Software Update section in the General Settings area.
Go into iOS Settings app, look for the General Tab in the left hand column, in the right hand column, look for Usage.
Tap on the Usage. If your iPad is charged more than 60%, a Usage list wiil be generated (this will take a little time to generate).
Look for the iOS 8 icon.
Tap the arrow at the far right of this icon.
A new screen will slide over and there should be a long button that should appear and say Delete in red.
Tap that button and the iOS update should begin deleting, itself (this will take a few minutes, too)

The Safari, Email and Notes applications are native to the iOS and is unable to be deleted. Since this is the case, they are either in a folder on the iPhone, on another page or Restrictions are enabled. You can also search for these Apps on the iPhone by touching the screen and sliding your finger down. Here is some information regarding these features. How do I reorganize my photos on iPad 2? I need to move (not copy) photos from one album to another. When I use the copy function to another album, and then try to delete an image from the original album, the system wants to delete the photos from all albums. Please help.
You can't do it directly on the iPad - the new album functionality basically only allows you to copy photos into those new albums, you can't move them. The way that I think of it as working is that you are just creating pointers to the photos in those new albums, so if you then delete the original photo on the iPad you therefore automatically delete all the pointers to it.
If you want to re-organise your albums then you will need to do it on your computer and then sync those albums over to the iPad -

You can only wipe your device when it is logged into iCloud and 'Find My Phone' is enabled, additionally the device will need to be switched on and connected to a wifi or cellular network.
Unfortunately, you cannot activate iCloud or 'Find My Phone' remotely. -

To delete Movies from your iPhone:

This will keep normal (remote) Time Machine back ups on, but disable local ones. It will also delete the current local cache automatically.
