    Do you have Settings/General/Restrictions/Accounts set to dont allow changes - i have an exchange email account on my 6+ and there was a button at the bottom to delete the account

    This phone was new. And it was sealed from the box that was closed. And the backup was on my laptop. And this icloud account was saved by mistake on my laptop.

    You are unfortunately out of luck with an Intel Mac and OS X 10.4.11<br />
    Best would be to update to OS X 10.5 or later if you want to use Firefox 4 and later versions (current is 8.0).<br />
    There is a Firefox 8 compatible third-party version TenFourFox from www.floodgap.com for a PowerPC Mac, but no alternative for an Intel Mac with Mac OS X 10.4.
    Firefox 4 and later require at least OS X 10.5 and an Intel Mac.

    Go to Settings>iTunes & App Store, click on your Apple ID, then on View Account. Type in your password, then click on Payment information. Delete your payment information from your account.

    That means the hard drive of your computer is full, and you don't have enough free space on your computer, to do what you are trying to do. 
    You need to clear up space on your computer. 
    If you hard drive is full, check the following places to ensure they are not holding unwanted data.
    - your trash can in the dock
    - if you use iPhoto, your trash in iPhoto - launch iPhoto, and select trash in the left hand column.  iPhoto has it's own trash, and is often overlooked
    - your download folder - finder / home user / downloads - every time you download something, it stores it here. This is often overlooked as well
    - do you have more than one user on the computer?  If you do, ensure they are needed.  If not, delete them, and the contents of their home folders
    If you hard drive is very full, you may want to consider the following:
    - putting in a newer larger hard drive - (call you local apple store for prices on this)
    - deleting data off your computer
    - moving data to an external drive - (iPhoto Libraries, iTunes Libraries or iMovie events, as they are the biggest space hogs)

    A friend of mine activated the free trial for Spotify when borrowing my phone yesterday. I've wasted an hour today trying to cancel it, the cancel button doesn't seem to exist anymore. The lack of direct customer support and the experience of being unable to cancel a free trial has completely turned me off of the service. I would like to cancel my free trial (linking to the "how to cancel your account" in the support section doesn't work because the button does not exist), and I would like my account to be completely deleted off of the service

    The free trial your friend activated doesn't have a cancel button on purpose.
    Since you didn't enter any credit card details, Spotify will automatically stop Premium after it ends in 1 week.
    This is the reason this specific offer that was activated on your account.
    If you still want to delete your account, you will need to contact support here so they can help you.
    In case you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
    Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.

    We want to make sure that we get your phone up and running. Can you look to see where you have the most stuff stored at. Settings>General>Usage>Storage.
    This will tell you what exactly is using everything. Then you can delete things from there.

    To change it, you have delete the existing account.  However you can avoid losing any pictures in the process.  To avoid losing photo stream photos, save them to your camera roll (if not already there) before deleting the account.  To do this, open your my photo stream album, tap Edit, tap the photos, tap Share, then tap Save to Camera Roll.  (Camera roll photos are not effected by deleting the account.)
    Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the new ID.  This deletes the account and your iCloud data from your device, but not from iCloud.  Provided you are signing back into the same account, your iCloud data will reappear on your device when you sign back in.
